Never had a bad pizza from this location. The Shaq-a-Roni pizza is incredible! Over a half a pound of cheese, extra pepperoni, and XL NY crust. It is perfect. You can tell when you pick up the box how heavy it is. Perfect crust and sauce. All for a really low price. Papa dough bucks makes this deal even slicker. Please don’t end this deal!
I made the mistake of ordering a XL pepperoni pizza from Dominoes at Ches. Bch. a few weeks ago. Worst pizza ever! I have had better frozen pizza. My review is there too. It was very light when I picked it up. I knew it was going to be bad. It had a super thin crust, hardly any sauce, very little cheese, and about 1/4 of the pepperoni of the Shaq-a-Roni. They cut a XL very unevenly into 6 pieces! Who does that? Some slices were huge. And some were very small.
I used to manage a Pizza Hut. I know how to make a proper pizza. I used to get in trouble because we loaded pizzas with topping which drove up the cost of sales. But I doubled the sales.
If you want a excellent big filling pizza and like pepperoni, get a Shaq-a-Roni. You won’t be disappointed 😀

I order an expensive pizza with the sauce being ranch. Which you can only pick one sauce on the app for your pizza. They gave me tomato sauce and ranch. Never in my life, have I seen something as stupid as this.

The pizza is alright in my book. Nothing spectacular. Not bad. There was a little too much sauce for my taste, but the pizza did taste twice as good the 2nd day. And leftovers are great and they had better be for the cost of having pizza delivered. Fast service and delivery.

I stopped ordering from this location over a year ago because the pizza consistently disappointed me. I decided to give it another try, hoping things had improved—but unfortunately, they haven’t. The main issue is the dough: it’s too thick and doughy, which really affects the overall quality. On top of that, the pizza tends to be messy and unappealing. Sadly, nothing has changed, and I won’t be ordering from this location again anytime soon. Looks like it’s back to Domino’s for me.

Customer service is excellent! I was delivered 2 pizzas that had must have been made by someone training. I do not complain very much, but this was completely unacceptable. I called the store and spoke with the Restaurant’s Manager Terrance. He was very professional about the entire thing and made things right. 100% satisfied and will continue to choose Papa John’s for Pizza nights! Thank you Terrence!

When I walked in the lady said I’ll be right with you but she kept asking each driver that came in for their delivery order. She did this several times. I almost walked out but my son wanted pizza. When she took my order she wasn’t that polite and maybe she was tired (no excuse customer service). When I picked up my order the gentleman was very polite and professional. As far as my pizza, there was too much sauce and the toppings were not neatly placed and the slices were not even. I was visiting the beach but I will never order from there again!

They brought us the wrong pizza and forgot our soda. I called to let them know and the person I spoke to said they’d bring out a replacement pizza and tge soda. They brought the pizza but forgot the soda again. Will never order from them again.

The worst experience ever. I placed an online order for 2 items totalling $24. I received a receipt with 4 items for $37. I called the store because I did not want anything extra than what I ordered. I explained the issue and was told my order was $26. I said no because I was looking at my credit card transaction and it says $24. I was told that we will just give you your tip back when you come we don’t want it. I asked for the order to be canceled. I don’t know how the conversation got here but it says alot about the lack of customer service skills these days. I don’t think I need to say that this Papa Johns no longer exist in my world.
