Customer service at this location could be improved. Placed an order at 6:18 PM knowing my schedule to pick up items as they fit my schedule. Arrived at the facility at 7:20 PM to be told my order was not found. I allotted enough time for a reason. An employee, I believe her name was Busola offered no solution/courtesy of delivery, voucher, or other solution to see the pizzas and dessert I placed were made.

I ordered online for pickup. My order was ready in about 25 minutes. The pizza was nice and hot, the staff was friendly. I haven’t eaten at Papa John’s in a few years. The pizza was horrible and tasted nothing like I remember. Now, low quality ingredients…spongy sausages and cheese that didn’t melt when reheated in the microwave. I won’t be back.

Ordered over the phone, spoke to someone, got my order in and got a pick up time. I get over there and they were looking for my order like it never happened. They told me it may have gone through the call center. I recalled the same number while at the store amd it rang there. Another call to the same number with an automated voice note said my order was ready for pick up. I had ordered for a group of physicians that had a scheduled lunch time and couldn’t get even an explanation of what happened. It was as if I made up the whole thing in my head….there was no empathy, there was no acknowledgement of any sort. Manager had no resolution….. he wouldn’t even provide a number to corporate for me to elevate or address the issue and he certainly wasn’t going to do anything to understand the root cause so that this doesn’t happen again to me or other customers. Terrible experience and terrible service.

I ordered 2 pizza on the website. When they arrived, they were FUBAR. I called the store and they apologized and offered to send new ones. They came back perfect. Ordered 3 January for a pick up. Get home and pizza is missing dough on the bottom . Then they put EXTRA sauce and I didn’t ask for that. We had more sauce then toppings. The pizza toppings were stuck to the box. It was horrible.

The food was like any other Papa John’s, it satisfies your belly. Come here if you want a quick stop and go. Plus, papa John’s has been adding more coupons so you’ll get more bang for your buck. The pizza itself was ok, the cheese in the stuffed crust was also very mild in flavor.

My last 3 orders i ordered wings asked for well done did not get that. I use to work there so i know the deal and what well done wings look like. I called the store 3 times no answer. I walked into store to let them know after placing order online.the girl whispered to the person on the oven. And i never seen my wings go back in the oven they let it sit to the side while i waited for my food as if they put my order back through. Not sure what happened after JJ the manager switched stores. They need to re-train the staff.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I wouldn’t waste my money ordering from this location. The pizza was a sloppy mess. Don’t bother requesting certain toppings on half the pizza because that won’t happen. I can’t believe they are still in business with this many poor reviews. The container of garlic sauce was on the pizza and you can see the toppings kind of lumped together and no toppings on some pieces of pizza.

Absolutely terrible service. 2 hours to get a pizza. I called the manager and she said she only had 1 driver on a Friday night. Sounds like a bad manager and PPP. She had nothing to offer except excuses. We will never order from here again.
