I should’ve read the reviews prior to ordering here the first time although this is the store that delivers to my home. I wanted to try the Doritos Ranch Papadias. Instead they made and sent me the regular with the regular ranch sauce. Smh, it’s a shame how far delivery food service has fallen since things have returned to somewhat normal following the pandemic. I get supporting the cause during the pandemic, I get that. The drivers now expect a certain amount (15-25%+) for a tip or your food may sit through between 2-4 possibly more delivery driver options. I always tip well but that’s about to change. I’m tired of being manipulated by these restaurants/carryouts/drivers that offer delivery services. Now they’re asking for tips when you walk in to get your own order. One restaurant I planned to make reservations for Mother’s day with were tacking on 8% to your bill to make up for pandemic losses and hardships created for the establishment/employees during the pandemic 2 weeks ago and I was still expected to tip. Generally the pizza is good if it actually gets to your place. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend ordering here. The pizza is consistently a half hour to an hour later than the estimate. When you call to check on the order, no one picks up.

Pizza and boneless wings were very good however when I requested plates for the office so we didn’t have to use napkins, we did not get those! The driver wasn’t so friendly but still tipped anyway, maybe had a bad night? It happens! Overall was good it would just be nice to get what you are asking for.

Terrible service! Delivery took almost two hours due to “Delivery driver shortage” This unacceptable, especially when the place is a 5 minute drive from my house! I would have been better off walking to pick it up, which I shouldn’t have to do late a night with a 6 year old…which is why I paid for Delivery!! I will not be ordering from here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do so. Oh, by the way…I wasn’t compensated for this inconvenience!

I went to order a large count of pizzas for my son’s birthday. I ordered it for 6pm and it came early! All the kids were so happy. Ed was so very polite to me and even told my son happy birthday. Autumn, the women who took my order also added a birthday card saying happy birthday from the papa John’s family. Customer service was beyond excellent. Thank you guys so much for making my son’s birthday special.

Waited over an hour, delivered to wrong address no call no text. Manager apologized, offered a free credit on my account. Told it would take another hour to get my order. Canceled and said no thanks. Do yourself a favor and stick with the area Dominoes.
