My pizza was delivered like this… squished and messed up, then to top it off my pizza was under cooked… i don’t know how it’s so hard to cook a pizza longer when I put WELL DONE, like your telling me if I had put normal it would’ve been raw? Like you can taste the cheese still frozen and the dough not crispy.. it’s suppose to be thin crust anywhere else they would make it crispy point blank period. Pepperoni raw.. like ew. I’m okay with the refund I was given but I had it delivered so I literally had to waste gas to come over there just for somebody else mistake. Me and my husband both threw up .

Our order took about 90 minutes to arrive (estimate at the time of ordering was 40-50 minutes). The food arrived cold. Also, $63 for two large pizzas and breadsticks is ridiculously overpriced when compared to PJ’s competitors. The only reason I’m not giving it a one star is the manager was very apologetic on the phone. Won’t be ordering from here again any time soon.

I was incredibly mistreated by this restaurant. They experienced an issues with their label printer which caused delays with orders- I was told.
My 5:15pm order wasn’t finished until 6:40pm. This delay, subsequent wait & neglect of customer service was atrocious!
I stood there in the waiting area for over an hour. And may I add, Patiently waiting. Only To receive poor customer service in return. I saw customers leave that were there before me & customers come & go that arrived after me.
No one made my order a priority. No one took the initiative to fix the problem for me in a timely manner – as if other customers’ orders were more important than mine. My time was not valued. My money was not valued. The fact that I chose THIS restaurant to order my food from to feed my family was not valued at all. In a food service business, customers are your life line, without customers a business fails. Poor treatment of your customers in a customer service industry is inexcusable, inappropriate & down right disgusting. I’m sharing my mistreatment to warn other customers & potential customers to avoid this place or risk mistreatment yourself.

I tried calling the store to speak to the manager and tell him the situation about my pizza being delivered. Now when I call they hang up the phone. It doesn’t go anywhere. If I get to the automated person. The phone hangs up again. That is horrible customer service. I wasn’t going to make this post but they deserve it. This is the worst Papa John’s in the franchise and they need to close it down the lack of disrespect from the manager is unreal

My grandmother ordered our food today. It never showed up! And, it was supposed to be delivered over an hour ago! But, it never showed up! So, she cancelled the order. We have never had this problem! I am very angry about their service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please avoid this place. The pizza was over an hour late. When it arrived it was cold. Then on top of that the sauce tasted rancid. Literally had to throw up because of how bad this food was. I’m so highly upset.
