This is how our pizza arrived for delivery. It looks like the delivery driver turned the box sideways until all the toppings slid into the corner of the box. I called the restaurant to let them know that it’s un-edible. The manager never apologized. I felt like I was “bothering” her. She sighed several times. I offered to give her these pizza’s back. She refused and said they will get a replacement started and re-delivered as soon as they can. I’ve never had a problem with them before. I’m not sure what happened this time, but the customer service, especially from management, was subpar. Customer service is more than just replacing the pizza.

Evey time I’ve tried to get delivery the estimated time constantly gets pushed back by an hr and I get a cold pizza. The funny part is when you call the manager it’s like they are just so used to the drivers and workers not making anything in time it’s like talking to another automated voicemail going through the same routine which means it’s not just me it’s happening to. Id rather be locked in a room with the zodiac killer than try to order delivery from here again

So we just get home with 2 large pizzas. And once again a big disappointment. Some of the cheese isn’t even melted and they put so much sauce on it that we are using paper towels to try and get some of it off. No point in calling because they just treat you like someone who wants something for nothing. I have no problem spending money when the food is right but these pizzas look like something a 3 year old threw together. It’s so frustrating. So when a manager won’t help then it’s just too bad so sad for the customer.

1st they forgot icing cups I paid for. Then they forgot my extra marinara cups that I paid for. In my next order, they gave me the icing cups but instead of my marinara…they gave me garlic sauce…Please get my orders straight. I don’t tip on wrong orders.

Absolutely the worst pizza delivery experience I have ever had. Waited for more than an hour and a half before calling to check on our order. They claimed it was delivered, and were rude over the phone. Once I finally was able to resubmit the order, I was again met with arrogance. Over an hour later, I received a text saying that the delivery had arrived. I immediately responded and confirmed my location. After waiting a few minutes, I received another text saying they had left with the delivery but would return shortly. When they didn’t, I called the store again to check if the delivery was coming back, they said I was at fault. When the food finally arrived (after 5 hours of waiting), the order wasn’t even correct The manager, “Jeff” was absolutely no help at all. He was incredibly rude and did not respect the idea of customer service whatsoever. I highly urge you to discontinue business with this store.
