I ordered pizza online and said about 35 minutes. A hour later, no pizza . I called to get a ETA and my order was cancelled because they didn’t have my brownie and couldn’t contact me. You would think since it wasn’t paid yet they would just take it off and deliver the rest, nope. Then I was told they couldn’t reverse it to send out my food. The woman on the phone had an attitude and I was the one waiting on dinner. Yea they definitely loss me .

I received a COLD pizza 45 mins after I received notice that it left the store. I immediately contacted the store & spoke with a Manager, named Archer. He/She was very rude & unprofessional. I asked for contact information for corporate & he/she refused to give it to me stating that I can look it up myself? Wow… what a way to throw away your money to a company that doesn’t care. I will spend my money at a more deserving establishment.

Terrible customer service. They close at midnight on Fri. Called @ 10:50 placed my order. They called me back at 11:08 to tell me the had to cancel my order because they close at 12 & only have 1 driver. Wasn’t very happy about it. I offered to pick it up. No we are closed for pick up. Then I was really upset. I live 6.3 miles from the store. Clearly not far. I find it really hard to believe that your one driver wouldn’t make it back in time to deliver my pizza. The driver may have gotten back a little after 12 but that’s not my problem. Should have let me pick it up since you couldn’t do what you advertise to do. This is not the first time they have called me to cancel my order. I have had several bad experiences with this location over the years, you would think I’ve learned my lesson. Believe me I have now. The last pizza’s I did picked up from them was supposed to have extra cheese on both. It didn’t even look like it had the regular amount of cheese on it. My so opened up and said, why did you order no cheese on them? He was being sarcastic but it was bad enough to comment about it. Oh and I went somewhere else by this location and at 1:19 am the

At one time I had left a review about how great this location is,now ,not so much. The food is still good, however,they switched us to door dash,which I don’t use by choice. They didn’t notify us about this before we placed our order,I definitely wouldn’t have ordered if I would have known it would be coming door dash. Now the food won’t be here when it was supposed to be, for almost an hour it’s said driver was waiting at store to pick up our food. What a joke. I just paid a lot of money for food that’s taking longer than expected, being delivered by a company I don’t care to support. Never again. Start notifying your customers before they pay so they have the option to decline and order elsewhere.

For all the bad reviews this store gets one would think that at some point someone would step in to make changes. I periodically order from here and every time I say it’s the last time. 6-16 I placed an order and it was horrible. I wanted to call and complain but that would have resulted in me just loosing my temper more. Another 50 bucks thrown down the drain. Most of the order went in the trash. Luckily the brownies were good. Anyway to anyone reading this please know that the good posts on are way overshadowed by the bad.

Used to order from this place a lot. Not so much anymore with wait times like 2 hours for delivery. Must be hurting their business. Tried to order some pizza when I got off work at 8:00 pm. They close at 10 pm Sunday night keep in mind. So after placing my order on phone around 8:30, I was called by employee and told it’d be 2 hours before pizza would get to me. Of course canceled my order because that is ridiculous. I liked this place because the convenience and pizza is okay. But must sadly say I will be taking a very long break until they sort things out. Maybe it’s a employee problem? Perhaps short staffed. Maybe Papa Johns needs to pay more and offer ppl more hours. I have worked in pizza, and I know how dumb corporate is about giving those hours out. Anything to cut corners and save money…

Every delivery experience I have had with this Papa John’s has been perfect. My food always arrives hot, the drivers are always friendly and professional, and now with COVID, they ring the bell and then wait in the driveway to make sure the food is retrieved and they holler “Thank You!” from a safe distance. I would give more stars if I could.

Had an experience last night to where I asked the driver to call when they got to my house never got a call but my app said the pizza had been delivered went outside looked and saw it sitting on my porch picked it up took it inside and it was COLD. Called up there talked with the GM she personally remade my pizza and redelivered it to my house with a free brownie. I am so happy that she took that extra step and I will continue to order from there. Thank you for making a bad situation BETTER.

Wish i could give zero stars. Had a issue with missing items I ordered. Call up the store was put on hold for 20 minutes hung up and called back. The girl that answered the phone second time started up with attitude and excuses for me being on hold for 20 minutes. Told me she would refund my I asked to speak to a manager was on hold another 5 minutes before she got on and had an attitude right off and said they could not refund the money as they already charged it. When I tried to talk to her about the service I got attitude and yes I hung up on her. As a manager she should never have attitude with customers. I will be using domino’s or pizza bolis much better service
