I don’t order much from here anymore bc my pizza consistently doesn’t appear freshly prepared. They skimp on the cheese even when you pay for extra. My pizza often looks dry and far from appetizing. I spent extra money for the garlic cheese crust and that was also dry, and hard. I have a picture to prove it smh. It actually looks less appetizing in person. I’ve learned my lesson & won’t be ordering delivery from here anymore. Had a taste for a nice hot slice of pizza. Such a disappointment & waste. I’d like my money back please.

I dont even leave reviews often but after multiple times of disappointment from this establishment I had to. This is what a pizza looks like when you order extra cheese. Absolutely ridiculous. One slice is even missing cheese lol. Will never purchase from here again.

Ordered online for delivery. Delivery driver was nice. The food however was garbage. I ordered a papa bowl and the tray was pretty much empty. There must have been 1 oz of sauce in the entire tray that completely dried out when baking. Will never order again.

I had a disappointing experience with Papa John’s that really highlights the need for better customer service and hospitality training for their employees. I ordered a pizza and garlic knots, but I received plain garlic knots without the garlic butter seasoning on top. When I called the store to address the issue, they answered the call but put me on hold, leaving me listening to music for a long time.
Frustrated, I decided to go back to the store with the garlic knots. When I explained the situation and showed the employee the knots without the garlic butter, they never offered to make me a new, fresh order. Instead, the employee simply poured the butter sauce on top of the cold knots that I had brought back, without even bothering to heat them up in the oven so the butter could melt.
This experience has made me decide to stop giving them my business. I will also ensure that the company is made aware of this situation because I wasted my gas for the trip there and back twice due to their mistakes.

Placed an order at 7:02 and website stated 7:42-7:52 delivery. Was totally fine with that however at 7:48 it showed on the tracker as being delivered. I checked my hallway and no one was there along with no pizza. Called the restaurant at 7:50 and was told yeah that’s what they do and he will be there shortly since he clocked in early. Okay, fine things happen. At 8:10(!!!) knock on door and pizza was finally delivered. There is grease on the boxes and pizza and garlic knots aren’t hot – more like room temp. Twenty minutes is NOT shortly! Highly DO NOT recommend this Papa Johns.

2nd time visiting to pick up order , staying at a hotel and my pizza is not cut all the way thru , and instead of even slices , I get what looked like someone with one arm cut my pizza . They need more training, and the management needs to pay more attention to the quality. They also mashed the garlic sauce into the pizza ???

Sadly, the labor pool is getting extremely incompetent. There is absolutely No friendliness, no customer service standards, and no common sense. This was my first time ordering so I didn’t know the process at Papa John’s, so I patiently waited 30 minutes in the lobby which happens to be right in front of the cashier who took my order. After 30 mins, I finally approached the cashier and he greets me “can I help you?” Like if I had just walked in. Dude, did you forget that I already ordered and my food was sitting there for the last 15 minutes???? No apologies for the incompetence, no apologies for the unnecessary wait and no apologies for the terrible customer service. Hopefully the owner reads this review and communicates with the staff otherwise this is disservice to the guests who take their time to write a review to help you improve your business.

I placed an order online for pick up at 6pm. Arrived to the store at 6:13pm to be told they don’t see an order. After showing my confirmation I was then told that maybe the ticket hadn’t printed on their end. This defeats the purpose of ordering online. A inconvenience that no one in the store seemed to care about. It’s now 6:45 I went to check on my order and was told by the manager that his staff never communicated the issue and they can start my order now.

I came to this location on Smallwood Drive in Waldorf, MD to pick up an order under grub hub. When I arrived, there were 4 guys working. They all were moving to slowly. They showed no sense of urgency. The guy at the register told me that the order will be ready in 30 minutes. The customer only wanted a cheese pizza. How long does that take?
