Customer service is terrible. The manager was slamming everything and extremely rude with a nasty attitude. Everytime a customer came in there was no greet, just a snide “picking up or placing”! An elderly man came in and was trying to order and the manager told him nastily that he had to just wait.

My delivery was 30 mins late so I contacted the store to see where my delivery was. The Manager didn’t care about my concerns and didn’t offer anything to help me situation. She only kept saying they were slammed and my order is on the way. No apology, not caring at all. Then both pizzas were cold and not made correctly!

i come here quite often since it’s near home. it’s decent to say the least. I did have to call and have a pizza remade. I asked to speak to the manager didn’t catch her name but i think she’s black skinny with locs. Had an attitude when i requested for it to be remade(rushed me off the phone)”OK! we’ll remake it!” Today i picked up my pizza and i hear her yelling from the back “picking up?” i couldn’t make it out until the 3rd time she said it. But why are you yelling period? A paying customer & she’s supposed to be the manager? Hell naw! Replace the manager with someone that has customer service experience & this place will be alright. Also, Check your food before you drive all the way back home!

The pizza was delicious like papa John’s usually always are. The girls behind the counter were having so much fun they made me laugh and put a big smile on my face while I was in there for a whole 2 minutes to grab my pizza and soda. I don’t know how delivery is but I will def come back here for take out.

After waiting over and hour and half for my pizza to be delivered it was cold, the box was unsealed, and the receipt was inside the box on top of the pizza unsanitary and absolutely disgusting! I gave the pizza back to the delivery guy who stated they put the receipt in the box on top of the pizza needless to say this was not true after calling the store and speaking to the manager apparently he has had other complaints of putting the receipt in the box which means he has open the pizza and now contaminated it with his hand in the box! Very unprofessional asking how many bedrooms my house had! The manager was apologetic however the only thing offered was a credit back to my card in 3-5 days.
