They use door dash now so you’ll be lucky to get your food in under an hour. Mine came cold and the boxes were wet like they had been dropped in a puddle and the pizzas were mangled. Nearly $50 for food that I can’t trust to be safe to eat. This is the third time they have destroyed my order and it will be the last. I kept giving them another chance, hoping they would return to quality food and service but sadly I think that ship has sailed and they are just horrible now. I sent the details to the corporate headquarters but if I were you, I’d just steer clear of this place. Absolute clown show there serving out food you can’t trust and charging way too much. Bye Papa Johns. You ruined this relationship.

This is by far the worst pizza place in Leesburg or the surrounding areas. Not papa John’s- just this place.
Ordered my pizza. Came 20 minutes late. No biggie- I get places get busy.
Pizza was RAW in the crust. RAW. Pure uncooked dough.
Called 8 times- no answer. 9th time I get someone. They tell me to fill out a complaint form online! NO- I want a refund or a new pizza. After way too much arguing they tell me a new pizza is on the way.
2nd pizza- RAW!!!!! Is this a joke!?!? I just threw it away. Lazy folks there with zero management.

I order 2 pizzas for delivery and waited 1 hour and a half then realized they were about to close. They had canceled my order and didn’t even think to call me to tell me they had canceled. Had to go to bed hungry. Beware if you are ordering at night.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad, for me they’ve always been spot on. I’ve always got my order on time thankfully, and the taste is great, also thankfully. I don’t know if people are expecting gourmet food, it’s pizza, it’s not that deep. But overall 10/10 for me!

Rude demeanor on the phone: Asked if I could still carry out since it was after 9pm. Was told yes, upto an hour before we close. I asked when they close; was told the entire weeks schedule…Um okay. Had a few other minor questions; if they had certain soda available etc. Employee’s demeanor on the phone seemed very bothered with basic questions. Called back to add to my order and employee seemed bothered by the fact I added wings.
Rude demeanor at the store: Walked in to what sounded like my pizzas and wings being slammed down on the counter. Tried to pay for my order, chip on my credit card is broken, asked employee if I had to do the normal 3x then swipe. Got a very condescending attitude driven response about “tip on the pad” which wasn’t what I asked.
He at least held the door for me since I had two pizzas, wings and 2, 2L of soda. Thanks for that at least.

Preordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party the day before. The day of, they had not delivered at the time they said they would. We had to call them up and they said their system went down. They rushed our order and still were able to get the pizza to us. Manager made it right with us and explained the glitch. Great customer service and great pizza. Thank you. I still give a 4 despite being late because I belive this is not the norm.

I am glad to see some folks have had a good experience. Our pizza always takes longer than projected. It has been cold when delivered lay so assume they waited till they had several to send. Most recently we ordered a pizza with sausage as an ingredient. It had exactly 6 small pieces right in the middle. If management monitors this I have a picture if you want. Next time just keep those 6 pieces to boost your profits even more

This location needs help. Last time the pizza was half cooked, still dough in middle. This time they couldn’t find the order, and made no effort to try. Waited for 10 min, they couldn’t find the order and instead of asking me if I wanted them to start a new one, they ignored me until I left. Good job.
