Their delivery service was absolute disaster. It took an hour for an order to arrive. Because of that the pizzas were all soggy and cold. When you order, please consider picking up your order rather than going with their awful delivery service. It will help you avoid situations like this and they really don’t deserve your tips. Don’t do it. They take forever. I had to call because they someone disable the pizza tracker. It went from being prepared (1.5 hours) to a text that the left my pizza in the lobby. The hotel allows for delivery to the room and I specifically said I wanted my food handed to me. The pizza had been sitting around for a while I only ate 1 slice. We all know what a hot pizza looks like and what a pizza that’s been in the box for a while. Fire everyone and hire humans. Business travelers order from a different pizza chain or order something on door dash. If you can go pickup your pizza from here then maybe try it.

I really love this place. However I waited 1 hour and 30 mins for a small pizza after being told it would be 45 mins. There was only 1 person working the entire store and he was touching money and then cooking without washing his hands. Then I get a pizza that looks like it was thrown together and burnt on the ends. Needs more help and better training.

Pretty concerning when staff doesnt use gloves and cashier states that DOH doesnt allow them because of cross contamination. 1) You are touching peoples food 2) its cross contamination when you dont wear or change gloves. Not to mention when then staff on there phones

We ordered pizza at 5pm and they told us it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After 6pm we decided to call to get a status update. The man kept telling us it would be delivered and that it’s on its way. Around 745pm now, I call and a gentlemen (didn’t get his name) was the most rude customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. He placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Then hung up on me. Then when I call back he says I need to handle this with door dash because this order was placed with them. He proceeds to hang up on me again. I call back upset and he says “Buddy, you need to talk to door dash…”. When I told him my aunt doesn’t have a door dash account and that we placed the order over the phone with your store he told me that when they are short on drivers they use door dash drivers and referred to it as my problem now. The most rude and unhelpful associate and this store was never like this. And to top it off, I call customer service and they locate our order and said it was created as a pick up order and it’s at the store ready for pick up….unbelievable. And now when I call the store it doesn’t connect. Thanks for this experience

The hours are wrong. I ordered at 10:07pm. The lady over the phone told me it would be ready in 10 to 20min. I got there just before 10:30 and the doors were locked and the lights were out. I called to find out what was up and the automated person said the store was closed. Meanwhile, it says that it’s open until 11pm.
