I ordered The Works pizza and Sweet Chipotle chicken wings for a casual Sunday lunch.
The pizza was mediocre, and the chicken wings were disappointing. The wings were oven-baked, not deep-fried, so while they may be healthy, they weren’t what I was expecting.
Overall, it was a very mediocre meal for the price, and I wouldn’t order it again. I don’t think I’d go back for the same thing.

We already had delivery and the guy was really nice but it was a rainy night and it took him more than 1h to arrive here (we live 7 minutes away), yesterday I went there… Easy to park, happy and kind staff. Well located (easy to find it) and very clean and light place. I ordered The Works (with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, green peppers and black olives), sooooooooooooooo yummy – as I could expect from Papa John’s. Definitely coming back!

I would NOT recommend coming to this location. My husband ordered the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust pizza and the dough was completely raw. We called to get the pizza re-made and when we got the second pizza, it was once again raw. We couldn’t enjoy the pizza and the potential of how amazing it could’ve been. Please listen to this review and the others who are warning you that your expectations on pizza will not be met.

We ordered two large pizzas for Super Bowl night and we waited for almost an hour, that’s what we got! very disappointing. The pizzas had barely any sauce, cheese, or toppings, making them far from what we expected.

The quality has gone down of this location. There was a time we used to give examples of how good this place is. Last two times they have messed up my order. Last time they made my XL pizza in an oval shape where some portions were really overly thick and others were normal. Today I got a L and although it wasn’t oval, 70% of the pizza felt like almost thin crust and rest 30% felt like the normal crust as intended. Also, both these times the pizzas were uncooked meaning they were made in haste. I also got garlic knots and they also were not cooked properly. I donno what the issue is and whether it is that the place can be really busy on a weeknight or the staff doesn’t have enough time to do their due diligence. I’ll do my part and help the staff by making this place relatively less busy and not order again in future.

I wanted to wait at least a 2nd time ordering from here before I gave my review. I will give this a 3.5 stars only because the toppings I ordered (Black Olives and Tomatoes) are barely shown in the attached pic. Other than that customer service was great and pizza was ready before time.

Ordered a pizza online and order was confirmed. Waited over an hour before calling to check on order only to discover that it was some sort of training day and we would not be receiving any pizza. Had we not called we would never have had any idea. Terrible lack of communication and employee was rude about it as well

If you want hot pizza and you want a pleasant meal do not order something from this location. they brought the pizza order after 1 hour and when we called, they closed the phone because they knew it.

The buy one get one free is a scam!!! You will pay full price but they make it look like you are getting a deal. The website messed up pick up time also; I had selected 12:45 but it had changed it to ASAP. I picked up stale cold pizza. We are done with Papa Johns. The quality and service has changed drastically since Papa left!!!
