This is one of the least accessible Papa John’s, and that is so unfortunate. The management and staff are so good at delivering a great customer experience. The service is top notch, and the pizza made to order is what I believe is the highlight of coming here. Hidden away of Shaw Road is the first Papa John’s location and its part of the chain of franchises that distinguishes itself from other pizza shops. Serving up 12, 14, and 16″ pizzas that set out apart from other chain stores. They have a variety that is suited to most tastes, and the process ensures you’ll come back for more. The manager there is all about the customer receiving a good experience from the moment the order is made to the delivery of the product, and his staff is on board with delivering a good customer experience by ensuring each pizza is made to order with their enthusiasm and professionalism. I recommend anyone in the Sterling area to come in and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

I came here to place in order to pick up and I walk into the store he states to me we are closed…delivery only…I am like I don’t want it delivered. What is the difference between delivery and pick up. You’re still making the pizza . Then he proceeded to open the door and say we are closed is that how you run your business. Pizza has really gone down hill within a matter of months. Super dry with barely any sauce, barely any cheese and dough is paper thin. Also first delivery order was cancelled for no reason.

In this restaurant, your entire work team is friendly, attentive and cheerful. It has ample space to park. Your manager is very polite, helpful and fun. Their pizzas are super delicious and you can design them to your preference. They are made with excellent ingredients and arrive at home or office still hot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I walked in to make an order around 7 in the evening yesterday February 5, and as I walked in I smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the store and the rude man working there ignored me and after 5 minutes he came and said what’s your order without greeting or anything and I could smell the marijuana off him, so I just walked out. I ask the management to take this issue seriously and take action.

Spent $270 bucks on pizza for the work crew to have lunch. I was told they would be ready at 11 am. Nobody showed up to the pizza shop until 11:40!

Very rude guy working for a big company like Papa John’s, he had zero customer service and didn’t make the order placed and when I asked about his name, he refused to give it to me. I received my online order which was wrong. I called back to the store and got another pizza sent out. The second pizza was burnt. To top it off, both deliveries were delivered by a doordash driver and not an actual employee of papa johns even tho I placed the order on the papa John’s app. The food was cold and was not delivered in a thermal pizza bag. I’m not sure if every location uses doordash to deliver their food, but I’m not going to be ordering papa John’s in the future.

I am shocked that when i asked the working person about just one ingredient that i didn’t understand; he was so much mad and frustrated. He banged the table so hard on pizza making side. I was so disappointed towards his short tempered behavior( he had his ear pods on so i don’t know whom he was mad to) . O man; I’m never going this location anymore! If they can provide me management number; i can explain more. Thanks !
