Why does it take 45 or more minutes to get a pre ordered (through the papa John’s app) pizza? This is the third time that we’ve ordered a pizza, driven 15 minutes from our home to pick it up, then had to wait another 30-45 minutes at the store? I could understand if they were busy. All three times there has either been no other customers or only one other customer.

I’m sorry but I waited 2 hours for my pizza and I still didn’t get it. I rate a 1 star because the pizza at Papa Johns is amazing but slow service! Got one person delivering orders and I have to always wait 1-3 hours for my pizza. I get that they are busy but we almost had to cancel our order…the place had no idea and no contact with the delivery person. So far waiting on my pizza and it has been at least 2-3 hours.

Sometimes the pizzas are a bit messy but that’s just when they put a lot of stuff on. They are usually on point and make great pizzas! The young lady that I think is the manager is very nice even when super busy. A reliable source for Friday night pizza!

Apparently this Papa John’s has terrible delivery times and thus all the negative reviews; however, I ordered mid-day on a weekday and the order arrived in less than half an hour. Still, that isn’t peak time and I’d be wary of the other reviews. There’s plenty of other pizza options in Purcellville now.

Delivery time was usually on the earlier side of the expected time. The drivers have been friendly, yet the store customer service could be better, however it might just be the management. I’ve been more of a trouble to the the drivers by accidentally sending them to the wrong address than they have to me.

Super fast service, and everybody that works here is very pleasant. One of the employees came around the counter to hand me my pizza, and held the door open for me as I left. Sometimes it’s the little things. Kudos to the manager, you have hired great staff.
