This is unacceptable. We have ordered a lot of pizzas from this location, but after today we will take our business elsewhere. This location needs to be more aware of the third party delivery. Our delivery person came on a bike holding three large pizzas and our pizzas arrived all smashed together. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Terrible customer service from this Papa John’s location. When I called the store, the employee was mumbling so badly I could barely understand a word he was saying. It was frustrating just trying to have a basic conversation.
The app showed my pizza as delivered, but I never received my order. I called immediately to report it, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff acted unprofessional and dismissive. No clear explanation, no urgency, no effort to fix their mistake.
I ended up wasting over 2 hours and still got no pizza. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered a family deal for a specialty pizza (garden) and a cheese pizza (for my two topping pizza). But it wouldn’t work ok my phone so I switched to a computer to order it. When it arrived it was two garden or veggie pizzas. When I called the manager wouldn’t fix it because he said I ordered it online and that’s what I ordered. I was surprised at the level of service and the unwillingness to do anything about it. I won’t order from them again.

Please hire some more people person employees. I came from a hard day of work as well to deal with nasty customer service from someone I didn’t even get a chance to speak to. Just had articles with everyone. Since she hates her job so bad she should lose it. Whoever this lady is she is disgusting acting and slamming the little slide door in people’s face after handing them their stuff. Please check your cameras. When you go to the window she doesn’t say anything she just sit there and look at you and wait for you to speak first… will never want anyone with an attitude like this fixing my food.

A simple lunch before meeting was all we wanted. One of our orders was a papa bowl vegetarian, I ordered online and customize the order removing the cheese. I received my order confirmation with the ingredients listed in the order details no cheese listed. We picked up the order get back to the office and there’s cheese in the vegetarian papa bowl! I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Todd who immediately began to debate with me rather than accommodate me as a customer and correct the incorrect item. He argued with me that cheese came in the bowl even though I told him that I unchecked the cheese options and it’s not listed in the ingredients on my order details. Very very rude, he demanded I bring the incorrect bowl back as well as a screenshot of the order details to confirm that we did not request cheese in a vegetarian bowl. Upon arrival I was not greeted we even apologize to for the inconvenience, he was rude and continue to debate even after seeing and confirming that there was no cheese listed in our order details. When I let him know that this experience was just a simple lunch before meeting that turned into something terrible which could’ve easily been resolved by treating me as a great customer rather than what he did. When I let him know I would be reaching out to customer care to share my experience and that I was also a Google reviewer he told me to do what I needed to do. Todd failed to provide any level of customer service and I would NOT refer this establishment anyone. The sad part about it was our food wasn’t even good!! Terrible service, horrible management, terrible food, don’t order from here if you want your food, hot and delivered with professionalism!

The delivery driver calls you and expects you to come down to his car to get your pizza. He said that’s what everybody does. This time he was across the street and down the block. We pay for delivery and tip. WTH?????

Didn’t appreciate the wait on my first call but hunger is my driver to impatience so I’ll be fair. It took a while, but my situation was a bit much. Given the circumstances good customer service when we connected. I love the food, but if my app didn’t make this the only pizza reward I wouldn’t give my business cause of the owner not the employees.
