Food arrived a hot mess!! Sauce was drizzled on my chicken poppers and no sauce and purchased additional! Plus the pizza wasn’t cut throughly ! Some small slices other big and the garlic sauce was SMOOSHED into pizza! Manager had attitude when I explained grievances!

I placed an order for 4 pizzas to be delivered to my sons school for his birthday
.. the pizzas never arrived… I didnt know until I picked my son up from school so I called to find out why… they advised me that they gave it to someone random that was outside and my sin birthday was ruined…… never asked for verification or called me or anything… and then blamed me and said it was my fault for not calling sooner… but I placed notes stating what class room it should be take To and etc…. Paul argued with me and never gave any help…. papa johns has lost my service after that

The Papa bowl was incredibly delicious, and the customer service was outstanding! I don’t know what happened to PJs. We were regular customers. But all of a sudden prices increased a lot and the pizzas became very sulky. Barely any tomato sauce (you can see the dough!), and I have to look for the 2 toppings with a magnifying glass, especially the mushrooms. We will give it 1 more go, but if it will be the same, they just lost a customer.

They forgot some of my order and wasn’t gonna even notice it until I said something. Them ranches add up and they think because it’s small you won’t notice. If a costumer pays for something they should get it. Stop trying to short/ cheat people out of their Oder. The wings were very tiny! It seems like they only give/ get your order right if it’s through Uber eats or another delivery service. It’s your job to check orders and make sure your driver is checking orders and giving the costumers what they payed for. Stop trying to cheat/ short costumes in hopes they won’t notice! Cause I for sure did.

Online deal offer says Any Large Pizza for 15.99. Added extra (double) cheese and extra mushroons and price went up to 31.99. If you really don’t mean “any”, then be honest and say up front that extra toppings are an extra charge!

Wen u call you’ll be asked to do a survey that lady fake smile friendly service but doesn’t make sure people get extra cheese on there orders after u done gave her a 10 for excellent service. If u want extra cheese on your pizza without the sauce showing like holes this is not the place pizza was patchy and had regular amount of cheese I want to lift my pizza up and feel like I’m ordering from a winner not someone who didn’t give me what I asked for now I have to go somewhere else
