We placed an online order for a papa pairings with two items ($6.99 each), a pizza, and 4 sauce cups ($3.00). One part of the pairings was garlic Parmesan breadsticks. We received breadsticks with no toppings and no sauce cups. We had to call the store and they confirmed they were out of the ingredients and sent the order anyway, and would refund us only about $7 for the issue. When informed the refund should be $9.99 ($6.99 + $3) we were hung up on. We would order pizza from here frequently without issues, this is extremely disappointing.

Got delivery the first ten minutes after they opened, and an hour later, the pizza looked like all the toppings slid off into the box, and the breadsticks are seen in photo below stuck to the top of the box. Not sure if the driver was sliding around corners, but have never experienced that before. Tried to call store but was on hold waiting and just decided to leave a review instead.

A drive came back with an order after attempting to deliver and learning she picked up the wrong order. The tender took it right back and placed it on the shelf then handed it to another driver. They should have remade the order.
Then the delivery guy came in from doing drop offs, without washing his hands or removing his outside garments went straight into the food preparation area and started helping prepare the food. Hygiene isn’t something to play with inside a food supply store

What is wrong with this location??!
It’s so poorly managed that it’s astonishing. Pizza sauce is always oozing off of the slices (not in a good way), the sauces are always wrong. The wings taste like rib meat, the only thing that they do right is the soda… and that’s bottled.
YALL OWE ME MONEY OR AN ORDER REMAKE. Take care of it, or take it up with the attorney general

They should shut this location down! Order food an it took over an hour to show up an forgot a bunch of sauces. I call them to bring out the sauces the phone rang for 20mins straight nobody answered! An I pressed #2 to place a new order. So I assume they only respond to online orders.

This was the best Papa John’s has ever did… I was shocked… The pizzas were cooked perfectly… The extra cheese was very extra… The papadia was good.. it was meatballs and pepperoni…I gave a 4 star based on the fact that the past 3 months I tried yo order from them online… They cancelled my order out and said they had no delivery drivers available.. and when I went to pick it up.. they were doing deliveries….So after all that time I decided to give them a try agai… They actually did the delivery.. they came on time…They made the pizzas perfect… Now all the other reviews I seen I agree with them all.. because papa Johns is a hit or miss spot and it also depends on who is working… Sometimes you get great customer service and sometimes you get serious attitudes and no help… I would recommend based off of this recent order… They did not disappoint this time… I will try them again and update soon……
Update: Ordered again… Its best to go during early hours when they first open… The evening… It was typical papa johns… The pepperoni stuffed crust.. had almost no pepperoni… Crust was super thick and huge… Cheese pizza was a little burnt… Wasnt so tasty… But I would recommend still.. just go early.. hit or miss type of place I guess

Ordered deliver on 1/29/24. The food was disgusting, Soggy, undercooked and had a hair In it (I’m bald so it isn’t mine). This place is trash and the person who made the food actually put it in the box looking and tasting like that makes them trash.
