Person behind counter was nice. Stuffed crust was good. Pizza was too brown for me. When I asked to have it remade, the man behind the counter said the manager keeps all the cheese frozen and that’s how the cheese cooks. So much for fresh. Grocery store quality

I’m not sure if this Papa John’s has new owners and/or managers, but the place is criminally understaffed.
They ran out of an ingredient and left me a voicemail about it, but could not pick up the phone when I called back because they were so busy. The food actually came out good for how busy and understaffed they were. The employees were doing the best they could to keep up, but they were swamped with orders.
Unfortunate that this place is not being properly managed or owned as a franchise.

Absolutely disgusting. Staff not wearing gloves, answering the phone and then going right back to handling dough and making pizzas. Found hair in my food on top of it. Completely unhygienic — this location needs a health inspection ASAP.

The 2 Indian women that work at night gave me a box that was a little damp. I didn’t think anything of it. I took a shower and when I went to warm up a slice it was soggy and damp. Something happened that why the box was wet. They spilled something on the pizza im guessing water or something and didn’t want to make another 1 so they put it in another box. I’m so pissed right now because they are closed.

Never went to this location, and now definitely won’t come back. Saw they had new cheeseburger pizza and I was excited to try. Worst pizza I’ve had in my life. Cheese wasn’t melted. Crust/dough wasn’t cooked (still gooey in the crust – see pic), hardly any beef on the pizza, cashier asked me at least 6x what my name was for my order (I was the only person in the store), pizza wasn’t ready for about 20 min after it said it was ready, staff was yelling at each other and goofing around etc. Of course I reviewed this, and instead of giving me my money back they offered free cheese sticks (with purchase of course). What a joke. Go to main street newark for a better experience.

People there did not comprehend English. I Ordered a large pizza with cheesy breadsticks and a 2liter soda, I go there to pick it up and they only made and charged me for the cheese sticks. Then I Ordered the pizza and 2 liter (once again) and they only charged and gave me my pizza. SMH.. never again will I come to this place.

Papa John’s Philadelphia Cheesesteak Papadia. Before everyone starts complaining I’m not adding it to my spreadsheet but I took pictures and video so I’m posting it. Spoiler alert This thing is good! $6! I’m in Delaware so $6 is $6. Pizza dough roll, nice, light and airy, got to like that. Very cheesy, you have to love that. The meat was not horrible and it was actually kind of tasty. I see more of these in my future. I don’t think I saw a pepperoni one but I hope they have a pepperoni one.

Do NOT come here, since the new foreign owners have taken over its all been down hill. Lady at the front claimed i didnt pay for my takeout via app, then proceeded to ask me to charge my card again for $4 and i got declined? Kept asking me to swipe my card and i got no notifications from my bank about a declined charge.
Take it for what its worth, shady to me. She even had the balls to ask me

I called in order a few pizza around 10pm on a Tuesday night they never came to deliver my food furthermore they never called me to tell me that my order was canceled.I called a an hr after ordering in i was told they had no more dough left thats why they canceled my order.Why take an order if you already know there’s no dough available.Its very inconvenient in im very disappointed in the customer services.
