Rating would be all negative stars if I could rate it that way.
Order was sent to the wrong address by the employee Nay- who happens to be the General Manager of the location. While I waited for well over 45 minutes for my delivery, I called and was told my driver just left. About 10 more minutes later, the driver finally called me to tell me she was outside and we discovered she was at the wrong address. I called the store to rectify this and was told it was the driver’s fault by the GM. After several minutes of a back and forth conversation, she admitted the mistake was her doing but would not credit me back the full amount I paid and still deliver the food. I stated this error was not my fault and wanted to be compensated for the issue. It was over and hour and my co-workers were hungry and wanted food. The GM finally agreed to credit my account for the inconvenience and have the driver deliver my food. It was an additional 40 minutes later I waited.
Horrible service, food was cold and the poor delivery driver was blamed for a mistake that was not her doing.

I’ve been going to this Papa John’s for several years now and it’s pretty decent (based on chain pizza store standards). They have many more good days than bad.The pizzas are always prepared quickly, the employees are always courteous and attentive to customers waiting. I accept rare poorly cooked pies once or twice a year because the good customer service and speedy pizza. Look forward to grabbing a pie or two in a few weeks.

Placed an on line order at 1 pm for delivery at 4 pm. Called at 4:30pm and told they were waiting on a driver to find out delivering via Door Dash. Asked to speak to manager and they hung up on me. Called back and wouldn’t answer my call. When they finally answered and I tried to cancel order worker kept yelling at me the order was picked up by Door Dash and couldn’t get it back. When I told her to stop yelling at me she hung up in me again. When food arrived it was cold, burnt and worse food I ever received not to mention the order was not correct. Poor service and terrible food. Burnt pizza! Should have been ashamed to send this order out. My order totalled over $50 with tip.

Couple of young hard working boys made my pizza, but for Pete’s sake put a damn hair net on!! I swear if you look over you would swear it was side show Bob’s son working there, draping his lovely palm tree size hair over our pizza, it’s not right, it’s not the employee’s fault, awesome hair!!

We ordered our pizza for delivery and the time it showed for delivery was 129 minutes, we ended up changing it to pickup which was 45 minutes. The first time we called to change it to pickup the guy simply hung up on us. The second time the other person at least helped us. We got there on time; the pizza seemed to have been baked and sitting for at least 15 minutes so not sure why we were told 45 minutes for pickup. In short not a good experience and we are not going there again.

I ordered $130 worth of food and my supreme pizza had like 3 topping on it nothing g what I suspected to get and I ordered a 30 count of boneless wings and got jibbed 6 wings they only gave me 24. people need to take thier jobs more seriously instead of rushing I get ypur busy but quality is important .

West Lawn Papa Johns. The kid making the pizza had a big like curly afro hairdo and no hair net. When I took this pizza back and showed them the baked-in hair they refunded just that pizza and nothing else. When I said you guys should be wearing hair nets, the girl behind the counter said “why don’t you just order somewhere else!”
