Usually the wait time isn’t that bad. This one time I did have to wait, but the staff is very friendly and apologized to every customer that had to wait. Everyone always makes great pizzas here and I would recommend anybody to stop by and to buy from them.

Worst customer service i have ever had. The store refused to honor a gift card code, and when inquired further the reply was either pay full price with out the gift card or they would call tech support, but still would not outright honor the gift card. I have been a long time customer at this location, but I will not be returning, and will not be a customer of the company any longer.

I should have ordered extra sauce because it was not much on this double pepperoni at all. There was only one person in the shop. Which I thought was awful. Why have just one person doing it all. I’ll give this place another try , order extra sauce and hopefully there will be more than one person doing it all. Papa John’s do better. And give that young lady a raise for coming to work with no assistance!

Was thoroughly enjoying my pizza until I pulled a large piece of cut plastic out of my mouth. I attempted to call the restaurant to resolve the issue and not only was I met with attitude but with disbelief as well. As if it was my fault that it ended up in the box. Less than average quality food. The bread sticks speak for themselves. Update: Food is still poor quality and it got more expensive. Definitely avoid this Papa John’s.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 12:45 it was supposed to be here by 140 did not get it because the driver went to the wrong address. Once the order finally did arrive after 2 o’clock. The order was incorrect. I ordered a pizza and got a papadia When I called the store and talk to them. They told me that there is nothing they can do. Also, since it took so long to get here, it was cold by the time I got here.
