So this is my first time ever in my life, ordering Papa John’s, and I would never order it again is pizza was not cooked all the way the dough was raw. When I walked into the store, the employee ignored me for about five minutes before I come up and give you my food that was already done. The center of the pizza was cold. Look at the images look how poorly manufactured this pizza was when I picked it up when I finally was able to get a slice of it. It was like a square slice like a Elios pizza and all the cheese fell off.

I ordered their new pan pizza parmesan crust with pepperoni olives and extra cheese and barely got any olives or cheese but of course had to pay the extra for the toppings that I barely received… One slice is basically just sauce

We have ordered many times from this store, on 2/1 ordered 2 large one new York style Alfredo chicken bacon cheese, it had no bacon, was not new York, it was medium size and no cheese. Both pizzas were cold.

I ordered pizza around 10:18pm 11-21-24 the pizza was 23$ for the one box. When the pizza arrived it was warm almost cold I didn’t make a big deal. That was until my 12 year old got a slice and spit it out because she said it felt like gum. To my surprise, it was raw dough undercooked this was the nastiest pizza I ever taste in my life. Instead of being refunded, they gave me some type of guarantee which is they make you another pizza and deliver it for free but the whole thing is it’s not free. I still have to pay and why would I want to eat another pizza from a restaurant that served me raw food to began with.

Every now and then I crave a mid-level bottom feeder pizza like Papa John’s Domino’s Pizza Hut. Tonight, I was like I haven’t had Papa Johns in a while, Well, now I know why. This is hands-down, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Everything was soggy. Even my 6 year old son said it was gross and his favorite food at school is lunch room pizza.

We Ordered on the app 4 pizzas, 2 of which were plain cheese, no sauce pizza. We get to the store to pick up our pizza and the 2 had sauce. We told him he made it incorrectly and we asked for no sauce and he told us that we would have to pay for 2 more pizzas if we wanted that done! He continued on with a nasty attitude to tell me that I ordered it wrong, I did not order it without sauce, so I pulled up the order in my email and walked him through that I ordered them without sauce. He was extremely nasty and said, “Get out of my store!” several times when I asked for my money back for the 2 pizzas! He made our order wrong, blamed me, nastiest attitude ever, and told us to get out of “his” store! Ordered online for pick up noting that I was paying in cash. I get my 2 toddlers dressed and into the car, drive 15 minutes away while both of them are screaming pizza the whole ride. Once there I go inside to pay and pick up my order just to be told that they will not break my bill to pay for my order. I told them to cancel my order as the cash was the only form of payment I had. The whole 15 minute ride home I had 2 screaming and crying toddlers crying for pizza that we were denied. If your business chooses to not allow cash payments don’t put that option as a form of payment on the app. Papa John’s officially lost my family’s business.

Picked up dinner and 2 of our 3 items looked great. However our 2 topping spicy sausage and green pepper pizza looked blank. I asked the gentleman if that looks normal? He replied with “ Yep, pretty much” and sat back down in his chair to put his ear buds back in. This gentleman shouldn’t represent Papa Johns Pizza, he’s more of a Pretty Much Pizza kind of guy.
