I ordered 2 pizzas that were supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. It took took two hours. There was no update, when I called there was no apology, and no offer to make it right in any way. The manager said he could cancel it and that was it. This is the 3rd time this is happened. Don’t order from here unless you feel like waiting a long time and not being communicated with at all.

Worst service and pizza. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s several times. I ordered 2 cheese pizza’s with extra sauce and received 2 pizzas with extra sauce but with NO CHEESE?? This is the first time ever that this has happened to me. I called to speak with the manager and he said there’s nothing they can do.

Worst experience ever go? Delivery driver was very very nice about bringing my food and she apologized for the item that the store did not give her. but the issue is the food, it was cold and they forgot part of my order and when I called the manager to let them know or associate not really sure who it was they were rude and very disrespectful to me telling me oh, you can get something off of your next order and I’m explaining to them that I stay in a hotel and then she keeps repeating well what did we forget and I said you forgot my soda then she says very rudely well, what kind of soda did we forget I can’t bring a soda if you don’t know what kind of was so I’ll tell her. It was a Sprite a 20 ounce and then she just hangs up the phone This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Papa John’s, and I do not know if I’ll be ordering for them again after this review, I will be writing a letter to their corporate to let them know about this service was very unsatisfactory.

My delivery driver was super nice! But I don’t know what’s going on with the food. I tried calling and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. My garlic wings had a squirt of garlic parm sauce, looks like the bottle ran out and they didn’t feel like refilling the bottle. And they didn’t fully cut my pizza lol! Disappointing ! Update: had to edit this review after realizing THE OTHER PIZZA ISNT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY. Our sausage/pepperoni pizza was extremely undercooked. Cheese was still shredded under the first layer, and the dough is mushy. Had to put in the oven!

Orders 1 pep pizza and breadstick for an uber delivery. The driver arrived before the pizza was finished so they severelly undercooked the pizza to get the driver gone worst pizza iv ever had. Ill buy frozen before eating a doughy undercooked pizza.

This place is just awful. Disgusting. Makes me want to never order from a Papa John’s again. They don’t even fully cook the pizza. Heaven forbid I tried to call the store manager and he suddenly doesn’t speak English anymore and hangs up on you.

Don’t go to here!!! I ordered pizza for a school event for close to $300. They made the order at midnight the night before and left it out overnight. When I came to pick it up at noon they casually told me the entire order, Including meat pizzas, had been sitting at room temperature for over 12 hours. They refused to refund or replace it and even laughed at me when I asked. They didn’t even refund the prepaid tips! I had to pay out of pocket for another order so the kids could safely eat. After several calls and complaints to corporate, they promised a full refund but a year later, i have received nothing.

Few years ago I ordered pizza for delivery at around 7:30. I got done work at 10 went to pap John’s. Turns out they didn’t even make the pizza.
