I ordered a stuffed crust with extra cheese and pepperoni for delivery. Way over 43 minutes, and I still didn’t have my pizza. I called and I was given the excuse that they don’t have a driver and use Door Dash. Ultimately, I was told to call back when I was ready to pick up my pizza. They were going to redo the pizza. Well, after I did what I had to do, I callled to tell them I was on my way in 15 to 30 minutes. The person who picked up the phone fought me on this. I said I will go home, and I want my pizza if it wasn’t there. I get home, no pizza. I called and spoke to the manager, telling him to just refund my money, including the tip. Very disappointed with this experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location at king of prussia. First off, they didn’t even have the small-size box (#8), which was frustrating. But the worst part was the pizza—it was undercooked to the point that I had to throw half of it away. To make things worse, the garlic dipping sauce was completely liquid, making it impossible to enjoy. Overall, the quality just wasn’t there, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Unbelievably terrible. So many mistakes – wrong toppings, missing toppings, toppings all one on or two slices, improperly cut, not well done when asked for. They made mistakes or entirely wrong pizzas for customers before me.
At one point under new ownership, I think, it was very good – properly cooked pizzas, generous amount of toppings evenly distributed, cut well, well done when asked for.
Just an abysmal experience now. This place needs new ownership. Please do not buy from them ever again, they need to go out of business.
Personally I’d go to a real mom & pop pizza place, but my wife and daughter like Papa Johns.

They forgot my 2 liter. I work in the food industry and when one of the drivers forgets something we make sure it is sent right out. All they they said was they would refund. I think that is terrible service. Also the food is barely cooked and I couldn’t even communicate with the manager as he spoke no English. Im very disappointed and I will not be ordering from here again.

My husband walked into the KoP store and ordered a thin and crispy 1/2 PP. when we went to eat it, it was extremely thin like toast. It was very dry (cheese was crispy) and overcooked. For $21 I was very disappointed. After calling in to let them know, the man who picked up the phone kept asking for my last name. After several attempts he asked me to spell it. (That’s not the issue). I told him my husband walked into place order, waited and received the pizza. The man said let me talk to my manager. And which store did you go to? I told him “the one I was calling in, KOP.”
Now I work for Customer service myself so this is why I’m so upset. Upon hearing him yell back to someone while on the phone with me, he said “the customer isn’t happy.” After some kind of conversation between them he came back to the phone and Said “your husband looked at the pizza and said ok”. I told him after all the years I’ve never been this disappointed. He then said “what do you want me to do?” Up until that point I kept myself calm. Now I’m Pissed. So I said “what I want is better customer service! That’s why I called!”
He didn’t respond. So I said I don’t appreciate you taking $21 dollars for toast! And that I’ll never step foot in your establishment again.
I knew better but unfortunately it was late and we were hungry. Never EVER again. In the trash it went. I learned my lesson. And I hope upper management responds to how customer service should be approached.

This is a terrible, disgusting place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. They’re rude. They never smile, don’t say thank you, hello, or goodbye. They’re always dirty and untidy, and it’s a perpetually disgusting place. I regret ever coming here. I’ll warn everyone not to come here. Either change the staff or do something about the service. Because these people are senseless, disgusting, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a rating less than zero, I would.

Really love this location. Their menu selections are very good. Pizza tastes so good. The marinara sauce and cheese are very fresh. They always offer specials or deals on pizzas that work really well for families with kids. The specialty pizzas are definitely worth trying. Conveniently located and they have plenty of parking. Update: We got a large “the meats” on the Super Bowl night. This time the experience was better. They seemed to have cleaned up the place. The pizza came out efficiently. But boy, the inflation is real. A large “the meats” is $25.16 after tax!!!
Personally I find the pizza way too salty. I only had one slice and couldn’t stomach more.

But the overall experience is rather poor: 1) the waiting area is kinda dirty–for a takeout pizza place, this is not really acceptable as no one is eating here; 2) tonight’s front person, aka, cashier, is hard to communicate with; I don’t think a business should put someone with language barriers in the front; 3) we ordered a large meat lover and asked for paper plates–first the guy didn’t understand what paper plates mean; when he eventually got it, he gave my husband TWO paper plates!
