Haven’t been to Papa Johns a while but the commercials got me back.
It’s a bit concerning how they treat their staff. Just one person work here on a Saturday when Eagles play in a few hours. I ordered about 20 minutes before getting to the shop. They told me another 10 minutes and ultimately took me about an hour to get my pizza. This is likely an issue with all Papa John’s and not just the one i am at today

THE PICTURE BELOW IS FROM THE ARDMORE LOCATION AND WHAT PAPA JOHNS PIZZA SHOULD LOOK LIKE . To add on to my old review of the Berwyn location – IF you want the real papa John’s pizza made correctly go to the Ardmore location- definately worth the drive!! Plus great customer service. Pizza is delish. Atmosphere is CLEAN and well kept, no dirty water dripping from the ceiling into a dirty bucket with dirty towels around it, on a dirty floor, like at the Berwyn location.. at the Ardmore location, There is also ample space to sit and enjoy your food, tv too to pass away the time on your short wait. Didn’t have to instruct them on how /what pizza should look like. Simply did a mobile order and the pizza below is what I got:-) hot and fresh. They weren’t scanty on the ingredients. photos from the ARDMORE location below. BERWYN location should be shut down

I ordered using the website for delivery. It was transferred to door dash. Door dash said it was delivered. It was not. Restaurant has wiped their hands of the situation and I am out my money. Will dispute the credit card charge. Poppa John’s has lost a customer.

This Papa John’s is the BEST one in a 20 min radius! Great customer service, they packed both boxes properly w/the seals, and the food is amazing! All the workers were also wearing masks which was appreciated.
I drove outta my way specifically to go to this location as I have had bad experiences with the other locations. Now I will continue to do so anytime I’m in the mood for pizza.

Best pizza quality I would say compared to any other big chains. I love the pickled jalapeno that is given on the side with the garlic butter. On top of that they have great deals with unlimited toppings and the pizzas are so fresh and well made that you cannot stop eating. People on the phone are friendly and helpful and they explain you whatever is asked.

Our go to papajohns but today our “epic stuffed crust” pizza came with no stuff. Took more than 1 hour to be delivered.

Horrible manager and customer service. I called asking the status of my order that was supposed to be delivered at noon and she asked my name 3 times, said I still have to pay, then again did not know who I was or what my order was. I am shocked that someone like this can run a restaurant.

First of all why isn’t there a menu board displaying what we can get. Next thing I see is a bench broken down and them asking some customer with help moving it. We have to ask for deals I’m telling you they are trying to scam you out of your money. I don’t understand how a medium personalized pizza, a large meat lover, and a garlic knot costed 41 dollars. What am I even paying for? Apparently pizza that’s made my people that don’t wash their hands. Instead of making food they talk in a heavy accent to each other and kept giving us looks. They were talking about how when people come here if they complain send them to some guy. Shows how much of a problem this is. This new management is horrible and taints Papa John’s view to all customers that come here.

This place is terrible and the workers that work there need to go back and be retrained as this is not the way papa john pizzas are made. Unless you order a pepperoni pizza solely, the ingredients go under the cheese. That is the trademark of Papa Johns as a pizza company – and yes the pizza does taste different based on this. I’ve been a loyal customer of papa johns since I was 7 years old, and this is my first experience ever witnessing them just making pizza anyway – super inconsistent.
Additionally – scanty on topping and quality of pizza is overall poor.
I’ve had better experiences – for them to be 3.3 in this area where other papa johns rated lower tells me that papa johns of western PA must know each other and must all suck.

I wish I had taken pictures of this dingy joint. They had buckets with water dripping from the ceiling everywhere. The staff are a bunch of ignorant rude people. They were missing sauces and peppers in the pizza. This place is just down right disgusting. I will never go back.
