I’ve now ordered from this location twice, and both times the food has been far below expectations. My most recent order was especially disappointing:
The pizza I requested “well done” arrived limp, with cheese barely covering the base.
I added pepperoni and sausage, but there were hardly any toppings.
The cinnamon pull-apart bread was burned and dry.
I spoke with the manager, John, who said nothing could be done because I ordered through Grubhub. While I understand third-party ordering, customers should still receive the quality promised.
This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect, and I would appreciate a real effort to address these concerns.

I had ordered from This spot today .. and I had ordered at 6:20 PM and when I say delivery was fast it was fast I got my food at 6:39 pm and the food is good thank you Papa John’s y’all doing great keep it up

Why no Covid masks? Visited on Oct. 22. Food was fine but I’m not going back. It they don’t respect customers enough to wear Corona Virus masks, are they even washing their hands after bathroom breaks? Who knows?

Totally understaffed! One kid making all the orders and taking them. Not even your local pizza place has one worker. Sad … They got store of the year award. What a joke. The owner or manager had on some gold chains should sell one and hire some help. I felt bad after I ordered my food more work load for a kid. We stoped at the wrong place ! Do better Papa John’s

Food was done on time, friendly and prompt service. Family loved the Pizzas. Edit: I have found that that sometimes the quality has dropped. Last night the pizzas were very light on Italian sausage and the crust did not taste fresh. If pizzas continue this way, we will get our weekly Friday night pizzas some other place.

I always enjoy Papa Johns for a chain pizza place. I usually will not buy from chains, as living on the East Coast there is pizza places/shops with much better pizza. However if I do, this is the only place I will go. Their garlic butter sauce is absolutely to die for. They are fast and efficient, don’t skimp on toppings, and the flavor is delicious. I do wish they had a bit bigger delivery area though so you don’t have to go through 3rd party delivery services like Uber eats and such. We were only 3.5mi from this establishment and they would not deliver. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 2 stars was because there was only a little area to eat at if you wanted to, and an employee was laying down on the floor behind the counter.
