It’s a nice little pick-up location. I’m not sure if they’re all like that since this is the one and only time I’ve had Papa Johns. The pizza itself could have been really good, but man, did they undercook it. I’m assuming they have the conveyor belt ovens so I’m not sure how you could mess that up so bad. If they don’t, someone needs some serious training. If it wasn’t for that mistake everything else would have been great.

We ordered the new cuppy pepperoni pizza and I would say it was good but honestly it was too hard to tell because there was no sauce on the pizza. I read the description just verify that there was supposed to be sauce on the pizza. The descriptions stated creamy tomato sauce. The pepperoni was good. We also ordered chicken parm bites and they were really good. Will still eat at papa John’s, I just hope next time the pizza has the sauce.

I was running errands and had a coupon from an order that said their service was less than expected… So I called to order an employee said I could use my coupon and add Pepperoni to my order… They then transferred me to order… The gentleman said they did not know what they were talking about at the call center and the coupon was only good on line.. I said I am running errands could you please see your way to accommodate my order… He said a flat NO !! Now you know it is possible… I am certainly sure it was possible but some kindness would have helped… Will not be returning…

Usually don’t have issues, we get pizza from here anytime we want takeout. But today we got pizzas and there was literally hair throughout multiple pieces of our pizza. Very disappointed lost my appetite.

It will be a VERY long time until I eat Papa John’s again. At 6:01pm I placed my order. At 6:32 I received an update that Door Dash was there and my order would be delivered at 6:49. Not bad, right? Well at 6:52, I got a text that “there’s a monster wait at Papa John’s”. The poor Dasher waited for 40 minutes just to get our food! At 7:12 he finally left PJ’s with our food and delivered it at 7:25. Almost an hour and a half for a large pizza, cheese bread and 8 wings. The food was mediocre at best! I asked for the wings to be well done and they were slimy, cold and small. What happened to them? They used to have delicious food! I’m incredibly disappointed. They have 1 delivery driver on a Friday night? They now have to charge $4.99 to have Door Dash deliver? I’m sorry, but this will probably be the last time I ever order. Do better Papa John’s.

Had to return pizza. It was a half hr late and then get home to find out its wasn’t cooked. Tried to get money back and little worm of a Manger, Jimmy, said nope. Unprofessional!! EDIT STILL NO REFUND ON UNCOOKED PIZZA. Stay Away!!

No complaints about the food or service, with them having Door Dash doing delivery, any delivery, should have a tamper seal on them. Apparently they don’t give them to Pappa John’s in Williamsport anymore? Foods good here, I won’t be ordering delivery anymore, in story only.
