If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered online waited got a call from the driver who admitted to me that he GPS sent her to a store on the wrong street. Then she told me she thinks she knows where I am at that she will give a call back never got that call. I called the store the most disrespectful so called manager DeAndre Christmas is his name. Was told she was sent beck out after going back to the store. Apparently she called me after coming back out however I never got the call at all. Do not order from here they are the worst people representing Papa Johns!

Don’t bother trying to be to order delivery. They’re using DoorDash drivers and apparently there’s a conflict because DoorDash isn’t showing up to deliver their orders. We ordered pizzas at 3pm ahead of time for a 530 delivery. At 630 we were still waiting and the restaurant only offered for us to pick them up or cancel the order. We’ll be ordering from local folks from now on.

The food was cold and tough. It was really hard to fathom how it cost $31.00 and tasted that bad. The delivery driver was a sweetheart. But the pizza was horrible. I’m from New York, domino’s here Terrible, papa John’s ten times worse and my husband and I got sick from little Caesar’s. You know it’s bad if you wish you had Digiorno instead. My wallet hurts.

I understand being new and not understanding how your systems work yet, but to look at me like I’m speaking gibberish is crazy work. I had to place my order 5 times. The first two times the lady had no clue what I was talking about when I said the type of pizza I wanted. I mean, it’s a basic crust 99% of pizza shops have and I saw it on their website I was willing to show… but anyways she retrieved this guy that had a personality of a wet napkin. I told him my order two more times… the size, the crust, the quantities , the toppings… TWICE… again I understand it was kinda loud in there because of the machines.. nobodies fault with that I understand! But then we got the total. It was $20 some dollars.. now when I looked at prices online it came out to like 50ish dollars, so I questioned it and I was like $20 for two pizzas? (Hey maybe I was getting a deal idk ) and he’s like Oh, so you wanted TWO? And I was like… yeah? (I literally said it atleast four times idk) and then he mumbled under his breath, “oh jeSUS chRIST” now I’m not the strict catholic woman I once was, however that was uncalled for. This is literally your job. If you hate your job FIND A NEW ONE??? Idk??? Don’t make it MY problem that you hate your job my guy. Anyway, asked how long it’ll take because we were gonna hit up a couple other stores in the shopping center to kill time. He mumbled again, sorry, what did you say? The attitude when he repeated himself made me wanna just cancel my order and get a refund. However, it was a special day and Papa John’s was requested. I thought the pizza was kinda subpar but everyone else enjoyed it so that’s all that matters in the end anyway… won’t be coming back to this specific papa John’s when it’s requested again. This was my first impression of you btw-
