The pizza turned out great. Delivery was quick. As far as big chain pizza places I do like this one the most. But I was highly disappointed in the boneless wings. They looked nothing like the picture and not covered in sauce like you’d expect. They’re more like banquet frozen nuggets, yuck! I thought they’d be crunchy and saucy, so won’t be ordering those again. This chain should really reevaluate their wings.

This is normally my go-to for pizza. Apparently they’ve stopped delivering? I can’t seem to order delivery anymore. This is bad for them, because the location is dirty inside and out every time I’ve been there. Quick to pick-up, thankfully.

Who eats here? Who subjects themselves to this?? In an area chock full of pizzerias it blows my mind people order food here. The staff is incompetent and frankly repulsive. The only thing worse than the service, the staffs hygiene, and insane wait times on mobile orders, is the pizza.

Ordered online 20 minutes ahead of arrival. “Papa Tracker” never moved from step one, but we thought…this MUST be a site glitch. Nope..arrived around 12:30 pm Sunday, Feb 22..was told the order was still on the make list. 10 minutes later..12:41 pm..a second employee arrived on foot, with barretts hanging out of his hair, and slunk his way into the store. Odd time to start a shift. This place is being managed horribly..and every customer has left in a huff with a scowl on their face, shaking their heads. So..roll the dice..maybe you’ll get here on a good day.

If you want to waste your time, then go ahead. 20 minutes after my online order I arrived to pick up my pizza, I drove for 15 minutes, when I arrived they told me that my pizza was not cooked because I have some wrong name, although I have been ordering from this account for more than 2 years. I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes until they start preparing my order. They ruined the mood and showed disrespect to the customer, wasting my time

I try not to complain too much but this was not a great experience. The price was outrageous considering I got a large pizza and “boneless wings” delivered with a $5 tip for $40. $40 is a little steep for pizza and wings from Papa Johns. Also, there was a $5 delivery fee on top of my $5 tip. And the boneless wings were basically chicken nuggets tossed in very little sauce. Wont be coming here anymore considering I can get a large pizza and bread stick from the competition delivered for $25.

Is it just me or has Papa Johns really changed their crust? Last two times I ordered from them, the crust was thin and greasy and really floppy. I was hoping it was a one off, but after having the same results again, I think I will stick with another pizza place from now on.
