Owner is clearly too lazy or incompetent to hire a real delivery driver. Door Dash is not a substitute when ordering directly with the store. They continually destroy orders. This is not a complex issue to correct.
Just as an update as of 9/6/2025, the store told me a refund was being processed multiple times and never fulfilled it. I’m still waiting for a response from the franchise owner. Personally, I would be embarrassed if this were my businesses. But it seems as though the attached images are considered acceptable to this store and Papa John’s as a corporate franchise.
I also discovered the excuse for using Door Dash. Apparently they were not able to hire anyone to deliver for them. Which does make sense since they have no listings posted for delivery drivers as of 9/6/2025. The other stores in the area do. Perhaps this store should reach out for advice on how to post a job listing.

The large pizza looks like a personal pizza app. I don’t know how this place is still on business the pizza taste like dog food. I will never order food from here at this place to get shut down immediately. $30 for a large and it looks like a medium.

Some Indian call center answered my call and told me to pick up my pizza in 15min. I arrive to the queen street papa johns and they are flooded with Uber Eats and Online orders and drivers. I’ve been here for 40min now and just saw my pizza go off screen into the oven. They are taking too many orders from delivery websites and when you call your not speaking with a store. Horrible

Ordered 3 pizza’s from here in the past year and they’ve all been pretty good! I can’t really complain. I ordered one stuffed crust and two NY Style pizza’s from them an I was satisfied. That NY style pizza is amazing! Hopefully they keep it on the menu!

I ordered six cheese cheesesticks that were wrong. They were not only regular cheese, it looked like a pizza. The bacon pizza was also terrible in quality. I saw many new people there which is fine, but maybe more training is needed. Also, i didnt see food certifications up, so again, training!!! It may be better ingredients but is not better pizza.

Came here to redo my screwed up order through this store and they screwed my order up again and I waited 40 minutes for my one topping large pizza that was supposed to be a complementary pizza due to my first order being mangled. I was greeted with rude behavior and aggression, and waited 40 minutes over the original waiting time for my pizza. I think it’s safe to say, I won’t be returning to the full franchise.

Waited 2 hours for delivery and watched as the driver took the longest, slowest route possible to my house as if it was on purpose. Food was stone cold. WORST PAPA JOHNS IN THE COUNTRY! Avoid at all possible costs! I will NEVER order from them again.
