Just got a door dash order ordered extra cheese with regular sauce on a large pizza literally came barely any cheese and barely any sauce you got one job do it right. Trash place won’t be ordering from here anymore do yourself a favor and just don’t even order from here. Took a bite and literally got a little cheese and crust

The people who work here 95% of the time dont read the order requests for custom pizzas. Not to mention, if you are given a semi long wait time, just be prepared to wait over an hour for the food beyond the end of the initial estimate. Overall, the food is okay but the service is horrific. If you want an accurate and timely order, then this is not the store to order from.

Due to poor treatment from someone complaining about my review, I have since decided I will no longer be returning to this store after being a regular for about two years. Note to everyone else: dont leave a bad review unless you wanna be treated poorly for it.

1st driver got stuck in the snow. They sent out another driver with new order. Driver arrived and I was missing the bread sticks. Was told he’ll be back with fresh ones. Get a call from the store telling me that they were delivered. Didn’t hear a knock at my door, dog did not bark. They gave me the bread sticks that were in the car stuck in the snow!!!!! Called the store asking for a refund and was told I can have a dollar! I will never give them my business again.

This will be the second time I’ve tried to order an hour before they close and I’m told they don’t accept orders. The first time I had a DoorDash that a DoorDasher was going to take too long to go get so I changed it to pick up and was told on the phone by a lady that because it’s pick up she won’t be able to give me my food that was already ready. I showed up anyways and got the food cuz if it would have been a door dasher they would have let them in and I knew that. This time I’m told they’re “not accepting orders” when google is saying open until midnight and the guy on the phone says “they have prior orders and won’t be accepting more”. Prior orders that take an hour and 15 minutes to prepare ??????

Ordered pizza, garlic breadsticks, cheese sticks and a bunch of dipping sauces. 3 of the 5 garlic sauces were partially opened and leaked all over the place. Both blue cheese sauces were partially opened and had brown stuff in it. The garlic parm breadsticks had no garlic or parmesan on it, and the pizza didn’t have extra cheese like we had paid for. Never again at that location

Delivery experience was horrible—waited over 1.5 hours before cancelling. Called store and was told the number they called when they couldn’t find my house was not a good number. I asked them to verify the number they called and it was my number. They either didn’t call me or called the wrong number—no need to make up a story just apologize and make it right. Who still wants a pizza after it’s been in a car for 30-45 minutes riding around town?

What a disappointment! We ordered large thin crust pizza, with extra sauce, pepperoni and onion. What arrived was cold and was dry as crackers. There was negligible sauce, few onions, few pepperoni. When we spoke to the store’s GM, we were told that we could not have it replaced since it was partially eaten. We suggested we’d accept a discounted replacement, possibly a medium size. They refused. We essentially had nothing for our anticipated Friday night end-of-a hard-week meal. We’ve had PJ make our family’s pizzas for 30 years! This was a sour experience.

Ordered several pizzas at 2:45pm for a 5pm delivery. By 6pm no update. Call and they have no idea what’s going on. 7pm still no pizzas. Call again and they say it’s just coming out of the oven and should be heading out soon. Currently 8:30pm and still no pizzas. Even called customer service who tried reaching out and was not able to even get in contact with anyone at the store. We have also in the past ordered carry out at this store before while sitting in parking lot, walking inside as soon as it said it was ready for pickup and worker at counter claimed someone had given our pizza away… OneBite would have a field day with this place.
