Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!! Saturday night I ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered 0.3 miles away from the store. I talked directly to a young woman. We waited and waited, called back and it said our pizzas were in process, waited and waited – NO PIZZA and then they closed!!!!! Why no call to let me know that you were not making or delivering my pizzas?!? We were in town for a class reunion – what a disappointment!

The pizza was pretty dry, and there wasn’t cheese like there usually is. I’m not sure if they were having a bad night, but it’s pretty disappointing when you spend over $40.00 to get this quality.

I’m a disabled veteran that works a 12hr night shift and made an order at 6:50 pm for a 9:45 delivery. At 10:45 I made my 3rd call about my order and was told there were no drivers. I should have been advised of the driver issue when my order was placed rather than letting me hang. Now I have to finish a 12 work shift with nothing to eat and wait days for my money to be put back on my account. Management wasn’t even going to call me for yet another 10 minutes (just before closing). Very poor management decision making.

I tried calling to order before arriving but no one answered the phone. Then when I got there I was told it would be an hour for a walk-in order. It was suggested I order through the app to get it quicker. It took forever to use the app because I have never ordered through the app before. While I understand that technology is a way to make things easier it did not help me this night. I wish the staff would have just taken my order right in the store. The staff seemed uninterested in helping anyone who did not already order through the app. If this is how they would like to do business than post that on the establishment.

Placed order online and made a mistake so i called the store spoke to manager she said I can’t change order so I said just cancel it I wasn’t rude to her ,so I went back online reorder with in 5 mins they cancel my 2 order. So I called the online 1800 number and told her what happen and she called the store with 5 min she got back on the line and said that the store manager canceled my order because I ordered with a credit card and didn’t leave a tip for the driver but I never leave a tip on my credit card I tip the driver with cash .so I been a regular customer with store for years and tip in cash.The manager at this store (her) don’t have a name is very unprofessional and is refusing to service the stores owners customers all
