Absolute worst experience!
The time for my delivery was pushed out continually. I tried to cancel and “Coincidentally“ my pizza was on its way. It was completely cold and dried out. They must’ve threw something in a box that was nearby. The driver and the manager refused to answer my calls or texts. Never again! Save your money.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I saw my order sitting on the pick up rack. I gave a man my name, he said he didn’t see my name. When I verifying the correct store. A woman came in and picked up what I assumed was my order. The very nasty asst manager said a woman had gave my name and picked up my order. She wouldn’t offer a refund or take my number. It’s obvious they gave my food away. Your assistant manager is very aggressive and dishonest. She shouldn’t be in any customer service position.

HOPEFULLY this gets through to someone higher up.. 2 straight times ordered from here in 2 weeks! BOTH were a bust. 1st time was OK pizza done correct YET I ordered 4 sides of cheese sauce THAT NEVER CAME. Called to talk to a manager and got “Well what am I supposed to do about it!?” Uhh write my name down and give it to me next time. “We don’t do that” ohhhh kayy then.. yes you do and yes you’re not following policy and very rude AND the pizza WAS NOT fresh ingredients blah blah Papa John’s… FAST FORWARD to the following week I decided Im going to try again, Name number delivery STILL as I expected DID NOT recognize NOR give me my cheese packs. Whatever I’m irritated and hungry. Finally received my REGULAR STYLE pepperoni and cheese (nothing fancy) ONLY to receive an EXTREMELY THIN pizza (which I didn’t order) Horrible tasting, looking, Horrible excuse of a pizza. IF I wanted THIS I would have went to a LOCAL pizza shop and saved an easy $10. BAD customer service HORRIBLE management EVEN WORSE PIZZA!! Pictures that are Included here are the leftover pizza slices that I GAVE AWAY because of how horrible they were. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at the manager whom deserves a DEMOTION, AND at the trash food being thrown to loyal customers as of lately

Cant beat a good coupon deal ever now and again..but portion sizes have gone down and prices have gone up. Phone service and pickup were good experiences. Altered my review as of January 26′. No one wearing hairnets or gloves. They almost forgot a whole pizza i ordered. Lazy..just like the owners.

I ordered last Friday evening epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese it came with no pepperoni I called and I guess I was talking to the assistant manager She was very rude I told her that the pizza came with no pepperoni and she said well there’s nothing I can do about that you just have to have what we delivered to you and be happy that you have a pizza to eat tonight she said this was my first time ever ordering Papa John’s or eating so I proceeded to tell her this is my first time ordering Papa John’s ever is not looking too good for a second time she said have a good evening I’m busy and hang up on me I will never order Papa John’s pizza ever.
