I visited Papa John’s in Hershey and ordered a veggie pizza. The order was ready right on time as shown on the pizza tracker. There’s plenty of free parking available, though no Wi-Fi was spotted, and you’ll need to ask for paper napkins. The lady at the billing counter was polite and friendly. The pizza tasted good, but I noticed it was priced about $2–$3 higher than what we usually pay at our New Jersey outlet — likely due to the Hershey location. There’s ample seating inside, but I hardly saw anyone dining in.

Ordered for the family while in town, pizza was still fresh and hot upon being delivered. Delivery driver was friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend for your next late night pizza fix!

It was this or Pizza Hut. I chose this. Pizza was what I expected. The counter lady was friendly and gave good service although the food was late. The cheapskate owner wants to charge you 10 cents for a packet of seasoning. So after spending 21$ on his lousy fast food pizza he then wants be be greedy and charge me 10 cents for something that should come with the pie. I did get a cup of yellow goo that I didn’t ask for. I guess if he sold hot dogs he would want 10 cents for mustard.

Ordered pizza and breads ticks. Pizza was to plain, no flavor at all. Breadsticks were to be garlic but you couldn’t take much. Some seasonings on both would of worked great.

Ate Papa John’s from the Hummelstown location today and ended up vomiting a few hours later. Absolutely unacceptable food quality — this place needs serious hygiene and quality control.

The place is a little small and you could mistake it as a small local place but what made it great was the employee with his incredible service. At the time I visited said location he was by himself and was very serviceable. Haven’t seen that kind of service for some time. The food is more of the same but I suggest going there because of their customer service, hope you get to see the same person I did.

Ordered 3 times from here over the last few weeks (kitchen is being redone so we have to order out). The first one was average, not outstanding but also not bad. The second time was pretty bad. Pizzas weren’t done how I had ordered, it took longer than the app said, the app stopped working at one point and the delivery guy seemed off (he wasn’t rude but you could tell he was overworked).
I called to talk about the pizza and got a very friendly person named Raven. She took my information, apologized, and said that the next time we order the same thing from them that it would be on the house.
About 1.5 weeks later we gave them a try again. Totally different experience. Delivery guy wasn’t the same as the first 2 (must be new…he was still smiling haha) and the pizzas were done exactly how I wanted. Extra cheese, pepperoni, and one WELL done. Great job giving a better impression!
I will say that if they tell you 30-40 minutes please expect about an hour at least just so you don’t get your hopes too high for a quick delivery. This location seems to be very busy and short staffed so I’m sure they try their best.
I would prefer the drivers to wear a mask when they come to the door but I guess it isn’t company policy anymore…

Stopped in to get my husband a pizza and was surprised to see they have gluten free crust. After asking a thousand questions I decided to try it. I haven’t taken a bite just yet but it looks good. I was very happy with Joshua who answered all my questions. Now fingers crossed I don’t get sick eating my pizza.
**Update** I did not get sick from this pizza. Always use caution and remember the utensil they use to put the sauce on the pizza touches the gluten containing crust. Maybe if you ask they can use a clean one.

Leaving a five star review because a large pizza was $9, ready in like 20 minuets and tasted pretty good. Also guys working there seemed pretty cool.
