The most awful and rude customer service. Very unprofessional for how I was spoken too, put on hold because they were not ready to deal with customers, as they open at 10, you should be ready to go as soon as your time says. Not scream at the customer that your computer isn’t even on. Which multiple people heard and witnessed happen.
Food was incorrect completely but two pizzas out of the 4 and all breadsticks were incorrect.
Food was late also by 20 minutes when called, they were rude again to my coworker. Delivery man also agreed how rude they are.
Will not be back again.

I was hesitant to stop here cuz of all the bad reviews but I had a gift card I wanted to use. The pizza was delicious, we were even very impressed with the gluten free one! The service was a little slow but other than that it was a good experience.

The pizza has gone way down hill. I ordered two plain cheese. Doughy and flat crust. Seemed cooked as it was brown, but it was like white bread. And the cheese was tasteless.very disappointed. Staying local from now on.

I had one of the most unpleasant and concerning experience. When I went in to place a order, a woman took my order but as I was making a payment, a Hispanic guy with long hair was shaking his head looking at me with an angry face behind her. At that point, I was a bit confused but after I make a payment I found out that he was clearly not happy with me placing a order about 30minutes before they close. He loudly said he already cleaned up the stuff and that they are closing soon. If they couldn’t make food for me they shouldn’t have received my payment. As he was making my pizza, he didn’t even wear gloves and just used his bear hand to make a pizza putting the pepperonis without gloves. The guy told me and my friend to wait outside without any reason. So we had to wait outside. I even said sorry to him with no reason just wishing that he would make good pizza. In addition to anger and extreme rudeness, I find out that he also intentionally messed up my pizza by placing garlic sauce container right in the middle of the pizza. I ate some of it which was also undercooked and I feel sick. I don’t know where his anger is coming from but I am concerned about cleanliness and food safety.

Standard papa johns pizza—slightly more expensive than your other chains but that’s because they claim their ingredients are fresher…while they might be fresh they are dull and lack flavor in dough sauce or cheese. Only place that delivers to my parents house in port matilda and normally are decent quality when in a pinch but check out the poor excuse for an order of breadsticks we got last night! There are maybe 5 normal size sticks and the rest look like misfits and ends of other orders tossed together. Oh well, quick delivery and we were starving.

Food is spot on delicious. Never had a problem with ordering online and even the scheduled pickup times, are on time. There seens to be two guys in there that are a little standoffish, who can also be a little short and tend to ignore you when you come in. I have stood there a few times and they didnt acknowledge me for a couple minutes. Other than that, can’t complain!

Called at 11am to order 10 pizzas for a children’s birthday party that was to take place at 4:15pm that same day. We had the venue until 5:30 and after no pizza had arrived by 4:45 we started to call, put on hold multiple times for 10-15 minutes. Finally got through at 5:10 and they were still making our order. Absolutely terrible service, you had almost a 5 hour notice to make and deliver 10 pizzas and you couldn’t handle that. Order elsewhere, especially if time sensitive.

Ordered online said “ready” when arrived at store. Still waited 25 minutes. Wacked out of his mind crazy older man working. Got home to find no dough under the cheese in the middle of my pie!!! Wasn’t even eatable – very disappointed after paying so much for this garbage.

I ended up walking to my car with someone elses carry out order. I noticed the wrong name on the lable as I was sitting it in the back seat. I jad to tale it back in and get the correct food. Also the simple act of buying a couple of sodas was a huge hassle. The guy wasn’t sure how to ring them up. On top of that, there was an employee taking her cigarette break right next to the front entrance. That’s always pleasant to have to walk through. However, despite everything, the food was very good.
