Loud. No menu avaliable. Impossible to determine pricing as none are posted. Coupons are useless…BOGO for some reason wasn’t able to be used. Impossible to understand the explanation the staff offered… couldn’t be heard anyways. Ended up ordering very basic as there was no way to tell what choices there might be

I called in already knowing what I wanted to order. The person in the phone proceeded to tell me their specials like usual, yet after telling her no thank you and placing my order , continued to try and insist that I get their special instead. Once my order was taken, I was told it would be ready for pick up in fifteen minutes. I wanted in the shop for over 20 minutes till I got my order! I do not recommend this establishment if you are on a time frame!! I just opened my pizza and there is a freaking hair on it!!

While the on line ordering was difficult; our 3rd time ordering actually came out okay as we ordered & said we paid cash but the store let us use our prepaid papa johns card once we got there !

If I could give a 0 or negative stars I would but I had to give at least one star to leave a comment. Do not buy anything from this place, order from the one on the other side of town. It was my son’s birthday weekend, we ordered online together so he could get it just the way he wanted. We waited about 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive even after I had given a 5 dollar tip during online checkout. Keep in mind this establishment is only about a mile from my house… After signing the slip and walking in my house, I put down the box, opened it up and saw this mess (photo attached). How does this even happen, unless it was dropped? The pizza was smashed all to one side and most of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the lid.
I called the store to complain and had to wait 10 minutes on hold to talk to a manager. Once she answered the phone, I could already tell she was very agitated before I even explained my situation. The only thing she said after my brief explanation for the call was “I’ll have the pizza remade but it is going to be over an hour till you get it.” Never offered a refund never offered in store pick up for a faster time frame, she did however offer store credit on my next order but after this I will never be back. I called corporate and talked to a manager (after escalating past the front-line agent) who refunded my money and apologized to me. This will be the 3rd and last time I get screwed from them, the last time we had burnt pizza and it was so hard we couldn’t even eat it. The 1st time we called in for a carry out and when we got home after the order wasn’t even our pizza it was a plain cheese pizza and we ordered a chicken and ranch with mushrooms.

I spent $20 on 2 chicken Alfredo bowls. I’ve ordered them at multiple Papa John’s and never once have I ever received 1 that doesn’t have pasta. Since when do you sell just toppings in a bowl? There was barely any Alfredo, a ton of mushrooms and onions, and barely any chicken. I can’t believe they changed their bowls, but in the picture it still looks like there’s pasta in it.

We had a coupon for a free pizza. This is the first time at Papa John’s. The pizza was delicious. The dessert was awesome. We waited inside the facility for the pizza to get done. They have a bench in the waiting area. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be done. The area up front was clean. The people working there are very nice.
