What a great pizza. New to the area and this location doesnt disappoint! The pizza was nice and crispy, tons of cheese and made to order perfection. Employee behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely worst papa John’s I have ever dealt with in the US. Rude employees, heard him call someone Dad so guessing family owned or operated. Don’t use this store. Waited 1 1/2 hours for $35 order when I called he blamed me for ordering delivery. It was my fault that they didn’t have a delivery driver. Horrible service, screaming at me and telling me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it, and no food hours later. He canceled my order. BEWARE ordering from them!!’

Don’t order the pizza from here for delivery. The driver decided to shake my pizza around. We had 3 bad experiences from delivery back to back. Now we go and pickup the food ourselves. They’ll open the garlic sauce and dump it all over. Sometimes the dough is still slightly raw.

Bad Store, 3 hours and 2 phone calls for a delivery. One pizza and garlic knots. No compensation , they ended up using DoorDash to send it, but we ordered through the store. Staff was not helpful. Would not recommend ordering from this location.

This place sucks. I have a handful of coupons valid through thanksgiving, tried calling to order and was not answered the first 6 times. I go online to order and the promo code was invalid. Only way I’ll eat this is if there’s a coupon because they charge you $20 for a medium

First time I visited in Erie Pa. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I got the pizza and it was not all that good. Other people may like it but it did not seem any better than any other.

I pulled up to papa johns and seen 2 guys sitting outside smoking a cigarette and picking their faces. I said “I really hope their not nowhere near the kitchen or making pizza.” I went in, to place my order and it was a different guy (who also didn’t look like he should be working around food.) I ordered, sat in my car and watched the guys come in who were outside start preparing my pizza while talking over it. I also did not see them wash their hands. I went back in papa johns and said could they atleast wear gloves while preparing my pizza. He said they don’t have gloves or use them because the oven will kill off bacteria and he said it rudely. And the guy who was preparing my pizza walked over to me and talked to me like I was the one with no common sense, like I was wrong for expecting him to prepare my food with cleanliness. I was buying this pizza for MY CHILDREN. I am very particular when it comes to them. Now at this point I’m all the way disgusted, so I ended up not continuing with my order. I do not recommend this place at all. Zero stars if I could.

Terrible. Ordered at 6:15, it said 43 minutes. That’s fine, we don’t mind waiting a bit. Surprisingly by 6:25 I had a notification on the tracker that it was out of the oven, maybe we won’t have to wait? The tracker said between 6:47 and 7:07. 6:47 passed, still preparing for delivery. 7:07 passed, still preparing for delivery. 7:14 out for delivery. 7:30 cold hard pizza and cold slimy wings arrive. Driver was really nice tho. $40+ to wait over an hour for food that sat out at the store for almost an hour after it was cooked is unacceptable. If you know your drivers are behind, don’t cook the food until just before they can deliver it, every other pizza place can figure this out. Will not be back.
