Decided to order a pepperoni pizza as my first time trying papa johns pizza, and i would have to agree the ingredients do taste better then other pizza places, the cashier was nice the team was having fun while working together and the pizza was hot and delicious. even had a whole pepper and garlic cup added inside the box which was a nice gesture compared to other brands. i even notice they do gluten free pizzas which is a great addition as my brother can only have gluten free foods. overall my new favorite pizza place.

I love papa johns and it was really great when it first opened but since then, the employees making the pizza aren’t trying or their manager isn’t training them well , pizza looks sloppy the quality overall is not good, they messed my order up the last 2x and never got a call back like they said they would. Hopefully they train those kids better or hire new people who care more

They told me my pizza would be done at 3 pm, I showed up and they kept telling me it was close to being ready. I ended up just canceling my order and getting a a refund, not to mention the kid taking orders up front was very rude. Never going here again.

Don’t get me wrong I love papa John’s pizza. But this evening 9-17-25 I ordered a LG pizza and it barely had any cheese on it. It had many barely spots where it was just sauce no cheese. Very disappointed I had such high hopes for this papa John’s but so far disappointed

We ordered a pizza at 4:20 pm and we’re told to pick up in 15 mins,well after arriving and being told ,3 different times it would be ready in a couple of minutes we finally got a refund at 5:05 pm and will never go back
