This particular location in the past has made a good chain pizza. I’m not sure if there are new owners or they’re just cheaping out or what but the pizza i received tonight was the worst chain store pizza for quite awhile. The cheese was still blocked up like it was cooked fully. The crust was different. Even the garlic sauce after being shaken 90 times was still watery. Just bad. And this is why I stick to independents any time that I possibly can.

We were hungry for dinner and decided to order Papa John’s. We ordered the Shaqaroni and 10 Buffalo Boneless wings. We wanted it fast, so I paid the extra $3.49.
30 minutes later, Mark pulled up with my order. He was completely awesome, professional, and efficient!!!
Upon opening the wings, I discovered they sent me Garlic Parmesean instead of Buffalo.
I picked up the phone and called. I spoke with the manager, Caleb. I told him of the error and that I wasn’t upset, as they were delicious.
Caleb was also awesome, being professional and apologizing for the error.
We are completely satisfied with this Papa John’s and will definitely be ordering here again.
I’d like to make one note, my husband isn’t a big pizza person. He maybe eats 8 pieces in a year. He ate 4 pieces last night!!! The picture included is all that was left, and I’m eating it now as I type.

Very kind and hard working people, I always love there pizza because it always has that good oil taste to it. in my opinion when I pick a regular flavor pizza, it’s a lot better than Dominos and pizza siena, siena is definitely good though with the rest of they’re foods, Domino’s is not the same anymore .

Pizza is good but a touch pricey. Might have given 4 stars but showed up 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready to find out that they accidentally gave it to an Uber Eats driver. I had to walk around Ollie’s while I waited on them to remake my order.

This place lacks front counter customer service. Actually, this place lacks ANY front counter person at all since the guy said nothing, made a smirking grin and walked away from the counter even though he looked directly at me after I walked in there. This appears to be a newer location. No one greeted me or asked if I was there to pick up an order or wanting to put in an order so I left without ordering. It honestly made me feel like I was in what some refer to as the “Backrooms”. You will have to look up what the “Backrooms” are if you want to know more. I’m not sure what to make of it honestly. I guess if you want pizza from here order it online and don’t bother ordering the traditional way, face to face. : /
There were a bunch of people standing around and someone hollering in the back raising both hands up in the air. I felt ignored and not welcomed at all. I guess I’ll go home and cook something.

Personally playing with people food ain’t cool. How you gon tell me it’s company standards to put the pepperoni all under the cheese… mind you it was sloppy all my toppings with the sauce. It’s about the flavor I thought. Mind you the pictures seem coneving this spot just doesn’t get it. Dry

So final update for this Papa John’s: now goes to a call center in India or whatever they only have the epic stuffed crust available in large size still don’t understand why that is. And they always push you for a tip. I’m a door dasher and I don’t ever do that to people. Tipping culture is out of control. I’ll tip if the service is good but not when every time I call they pressure me to do so. It’s ashame because 15 years ago Papa John’s was amazing but now not so much. Waited so long for Thier epic comeback. Fail oh and Thier wings are a joke here’s two photos. First one being what they look like online, and the other being what they look like in reality

Oh and those bottles you see beside him, that’s where the cheese gets squirted out of onto the pizza. Mystery solved now as to why the pizza never tastes too good. And some of them step outside to have a smoke and then never wash Thier hands after. My order was time sensitive. the executed time and got my order with in the time I had. AND THE PIZZA LOOKS AMAZING. That crust line oooofff sooo good. To say Papa John’s is average is an understatement. The manager Karra was fantastic and so was Darrell the driver. I definitely recommend.
