Always great service … picked up my pizza on my home from work … I have a common name so I should have checked the pizza but did not because I Ubered and unfortunately when getting home was incorrect . However after calling them they were more than happy to make things right and got me my pizza correctly within 25 mins … the staff was super awesome ( our mistake ) also my mistake lol but I’m happily on my couch with my pizza the driver was great and friendly I tipped him extra for them going out of there way .. will continue as usual to order from them !

I eat here every Friday. Today was the last one. I ordered my food on the app. I went when the app said my order was ready. Thats a 7 minute walk from me. Then I stand there for 20 mins before either of the 2 employees even looked at me. My food sat there for over 20 minutes. Never again. Either hire more staff of fire the 2 useless clowns that pay zero attention to people walking into the store!

Messed up on a bread stick order.. then got a pizza that wasn’t cooked at all in the middle.. then I have to spend 10 mins on phone for a refund.. you can see cheese is still in little pieces not melted. Doughy crust.

Always order online…never any issues with my order and it’s always exactly what I asked for. Pizza is always good & the brownie is sooooooooooooooooo bomb! I had a really bad experience with a different Papa John’s years ago…this is the only location I will order from.

I order breadsticks from this location about once a week, give or take, and almost every time something is wrong with my order. Either the wrong kind of breadsticks or I don’t get any of the garlic dip that I ordered.

Used to be good. Recent experience was very disappointing. Paid more for extra toppings only to see that the someone haphazardly sprinkled very little on the pizza. Also, didn’t follow the instructions for the two sides. Just randomly tossed the items. Better to order only one topping I guess.
We never had this experience before. Delivery was always as expected and followed instructions. This last delivery was to leave on the porch. Our house has the number etc written clearly and is easy to find. We already added tip online, which according to the website goes to the driver. Driver called and texted when we were in the middle of something.

Had just arrived to PA from out of town and it was pretty late and saw they stayed open till 3am. I ordered pizza, wings and 2 drinks and it arrived within an hour. It was snowing also, so that’s probably why it took a little longer than expected but the driver called me to verify my house and helped me with getting my food in so my dog didn’t run out. Very kind and courteous. I will definitely order here again! Food was great.
