call store to express concerns with the poor packaging of my order and their response was to blame it entirely on door dash. However, door dash doesn’t package the food nor is there any evidence that stickers thar were used to seal the items was torn off by anyone. items were poorly packaged and secured which is the responsibility of Papa John’s and not the delivery person.

Their was only one person working, his name is Kevin and let me tell you, he was running that place! I walked in to order carry out and he was busy, he was filling an order for 10 pizzas plus pop. I told him I wasn’t in a hurry, but when I tell you he handled that like a champ in understated. The store was very clean, Kevin was very friendly and he made me a delicious pizza

3 weeks ago waited 2 hours for delivery
Tonight I order $54.50 worth of food. Says on its way. I’m paying cash mind you, suddenly app updates and says delivered, over 20 minutes go by still nothing. I contact the store directly and get some story it’s on it way. Finally shows up 40 minutes after initial alert it was on its way and it’s cold. I call back and get offered to get it all remade and resent, I agree, 35 minutes later driver shows up, I had ordered (2 med pep pizzas, shaqaroni, 2 sets of wings and the jalapeno bites). He dilivers 2 med pepperoni, a half pep half cheese regular large, the wings and no jalapeno bites.
As a customer it is beyond me that it that complicated to first not deliver food on time that’s cold, the second attempt they can’t even get the order right!!!

Not sure who is down there today, but you all are awesome! My food was hot, and wrapped nicely to keep it warm and prevent leaks! And they remembered my peppers❤

They need an upgrade on food quality. They need to be clean when handling the food. The food is always low grade cooked and quality could be better..When you goch the surface of the counters or andy cooking or working areas and then go back to preparing your food, you should wash your hands and change your gloves.
