What way overpriced junk . Almost 17$for what was said to be a medium pizza… This thing wasn’t worth 5$ I should’ve found a little Caesars.. id have gotten a better and bigger pizza from 711 and been more satisfied for way cheaper. I’m pretty upset even Domino’s would have gave me double what I got from there

Picked up a pizza Saturday evening that was supposed to be original crust (medium thickness) but was thin on 3/4s of it. It was as though they used the dough for original crust but cut it in half & tried to stretch it to a large size. Terrible taste & was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. My wife & I will be going to other pizza establishments.

We ordered the 19.99 deal, lg pie, 3 toppings and wings. The pie was very undercooked, and the toppings were meager, at best. Hardly any sauce and the complimentary pepper each pie gets was the smallest one I’d ever seen.
The wings had a strange quality to them , like added filler. I can’t explain, but were unique.
If you fall prey to a mailer coupon the way I did, hopefully you have a location closer to you than the one in Bethel Park. Won’t ever again.

If you want Papa John’s that bad, drive the few extra miles to go to a different one. This is the most poorly run store and it has been for a long time. I don’t have anything to say about employees but the management specifically is rude as hell and just doesn’t care. They are also not above giving you cold food that’s been sitting just so they don’t have to make your actual order. Don’t go here. Go to a different Papa John’s. If you’re going to spend the money, your food should at least be fresh and warm.

If you have to have gluten free… Don’t get it here. Very grainy taste and not what they pictured. I got the parmesan Romano cheese with mushrooms. Very greasy too. The regular pizzas are okay… If you can eat gluten.
