Normally we have good experiences, last week the pizza was still hot 30 mins later. So we ordered again, Only just this once the food made my boyfriend sick, but he alone at the BBQ wings and the pizza was cold 30 mins later. In the pictures, the pizza is very cold. If you look at the pic of the wings they didn’t appear appetizing so that’s why I didn’t eat them and now he’s sick the next day so he said he’ll wait awhile before ordering again, he just likes the $10 large pizza with one topping special they have going.

Orders 7 pizzas today for a birthday party. Picked up order. Was done fast and on time. Staff were all friendly. Only issue: Got them back to the party and every single pizza was cut so terribly. It was kind of awkward to serve little kids uneven slices. Some were huge while others were so tiny. Online said the mediums were an 8 cut. These were a 6 cut and uneven. I’m not asking for perfection but come on. Pizza was hot and tasted good though. 4/5

Rude and hung up after I was told yesterday that my order could be refunded or reordered. I went to call and chelsi hung up on me then my husband. Now I’m blacklisted because this is the 9th time in two years that they messed up our order. Yesterday I received this and 10 piece dry wings that were to have butter on them. She just hangs up like a child, good way to run a business.

We got Papa John’s for the first time in a long time. We were getting the other chain pizzas regularly before that. Our son has a gluten problem and they are the only ones that carry gluten free pizza. Are also didn’t realize how much better Papa John’s was until we got it. That’s our go to pizza now. I ordered something on the app (only ever use the app. The deals are SO GOOD) and then went to pick it up before realizing I’d have to walk like 2 miles in the snow with this pizza and it would be totally cold by the time I got back to my place. I started calling people to see if they could give me a ride but the one of the employees was like “you want me to take you” and at first I thought it was mad Sus but it seemed like he was just a delivery driver who was in a lull in orders so he took me back to my room without expecting to be paid extra or anything. I with I knew his name but I just know he was an absolute g.

One star for atmosphere as you can’t sit inside. Most of the staff are attentive and waiting times are usually low unless it’s super busy but that’s to be expected. Pizza is overall good.

Pizza was cold, had no toppings, paid Door dash to deliver which took 30 MINUTES PAST DELIVERY TIME (took 1 hour and 30 minutes), only 2 garlic sauce when I paid for 3. I’m DONE with Papa Johns and this location. Paid the door dash guy an extra 4 dollars PLUS the 20 percent because he had to deal with them.

We just had the worst pizza we have ever had from Papa John’s. How do you make 2 huge pizzas with zero sauce and give someone breadsticks that are dry with no seasoning and literally coated in so much flour that you could blow it off like snow! The pizza was loaded with grease and it was just all around terrible! Very disappointed because we order at least once a month!

As an Uber Eats driver, this place is completely garbage. They told me after I had already driven to the location that they weren’t going to make my order until they finished making the rest of the orders in their queue because they don’t make uber eats orders until the driver gets to their location. Here’s a message to you Papa John’s: Make them make the pizza regardless of the driver is coming or not! As a delivery driver, I shouldn’t have to wait to pick up my deliveries!
