I was very happy when I noticed papa johns came back to town after they all abruptly closed years ago, they were mine and my sons favorite of the chain pizza shops. I ordered my usual order tonight. I show up to pick up my order, the front of the store is still caved in from a accident that happened months ago, the door cant even properly close from being severely bent. My pizzas barely had any toppings on them, there was an absurd amount of cheese on them, and the “buffalo wings” were the tiniest wings I have ever seen in my life, there is literally more bone than meat on them. The pizza did taste good, and was fresh and hot when I picked it up.

I placed an order for a large pizza and 16 wings and waited over two hours just to get a status update. When I called, they apologized and admitted the order had not been entered into the system correctly. I placed the order again, but when it arrived, the pizza did not have pepperoni or the correct toppings, and the wings were BBQ instead of buffalo and garlic parmesan as requested.
I called back to report the incorrect order, but the employee I spoke with became argumentative and refused to take responsibility for the mistake. He ended up hanging up on me mid-conversation. To make matters worse, the pizza was left outside at the front of the house on top of snow without notifying us.
This was extremely poor service from start to finish. I would not recommend this pizza place to anyone.

The pizza was amazing. But my issue is with the door dash driver Mohamed that delivered my pizza. He had my pizza for about 45 minutes before delivering then when he got here he was holding pizza sideways on its side so the pizza and everything else in the box had slid and was ruined. I understand that papa John’s had use a 3rd party delivery service like door dash but next time I order anything if I find out before hand they door dash or any other of those ding dong ditch services I will gladly pick up myself

Food was ok by pizza standards but the wait was ridiculous ordered through the website order says 6-610 got there at 6 didn’t get pizza till 635 next time I’ll go to Mark’s where they have more than just 2 people working. This isn’t a employee problem they where working hard this is a management issue. To the owner hire more people or get in there and help out I won’t be ordering again and it’s a shame it’s 1 minute up the road next time I’ll go somewhere I don’t have to stand around an extra 25 minutes past the later ETA.

The service is as absolutely horrible. I ordered through DoorDash and my order was supposed to be done at 6:58pm. My husband goes in around 7:07 because we were grocery shopping and arrived a little late. He walks in and tells the worker the order and she just walks away. Another guy came up about 10 mins later saying they were making it now. Again, our order was supposed to be done at 6:58pm, so we already waited for that time and didn’t end up recovering our pizza until 7:31. This location is horrible and the service was terrible. I also asked for it to be cut in squares and was not.

Went here last night. The workers were so busy socializing they not only didn’t get us. They didn’t want to take our order. So sad I was excited about there being a papa johns in our neighborhood. We went to Domino’s they were friendly and kind!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza to be delivered. Received a cheese pizza No biggie, figure I’d call and get it replaced. Manager line leaves me on hold for 10 minutes. I called the delivery line who redirected me to the manager line, and they didn’t even pick up. At least I received a pizza, I guess.

The worst service personnel I’ve ever encountered. You walk in and they act like you don’t exist. Last time I waited over 20 minutes for the wrong order.
