The most unprofessional place I have ever visited. No one had proper uniforms or head covers, and hygiene was zero. I made the mistake of ordering a pizza and waited for two hours to get my order. When I asked when it was going to be ready, they joked around in their language, saying it would take another five minutes while laughing. I eventually had to cancel my order and leave the store to get something else.

This pizza place is our favorite. The environment is clean and sanitary, and the staff are very friendly and polite. The food is prepared quickly, and the ingredients are fresh. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves pizza!

Had a horrible experience, between the terrible pizza quality and the unprofessional management . We won’t be ordering again, and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
The pizza base was unchewable, a thin hard crust that was surely stale, minimal toppings which was shocking, barely any sauce, and practically zero cheese. Felt like either toppings were added to a pizza made earlier in the am or just amateur-level pizza making, not something you’d expect from Papa John’s.
To make things worse, the supposed manager “Parwinder” was rude, argumentative, and offered to send a replacement if we texted a picture of the pizza. That felt like a rude joke, not customer service. When I asked if I could contact the owner, he said, I am the owner, which seemed to be made up . Complete waste of money, won’t be ordering again from this Papa John’s.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on PI day, so they arrived late. I expected them to arrive late, so I wasn’t too upset. What was disappointing though, was how it arrived. One of them got smushed and they were both room temperature. If I crave fast food pizza, I will try somewhere else.

I live only about 10 mins away from the store. The delivery has been over an hour from when I ordered and apprently the delivery person go lost.
I dont think I’ll be ordering from Papa John’s in the future.
