I placed a delivery order with Papa John’s today and was truly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Although there was a slight delay due to car issues, the store took the time to personally call, explain the situation, and apologize. This level of communication and care is top-notch customer service — and it’s so appreciated. I wish more businesses took such thoughtful care of their customers!

The food, the parking lot and customer service is all horrible. I cant tell if it was the owner or the manager but he was giving us dirty looks while he was on his cell phone. There is plenty of real pizza around and if you are in mood for fast food pizza there is a new Pizza Hut opening a few minutes down the road.

Ordered pizzas on Uber eats and in the special instructions asked for one of the pies to be cheese (can’t eat pork) since it would not let me customize the pies. I got my food and both pizzas had pepperoni on them and I can’t eat either of them. I called and spoke to the manager and asked him if I could get a cheese pie and return one of the pizzas that was untouched since they failed to follow the special instructions and he told me “we don’t follow special instructions we don’t get them for online orders” so he refused to fix his mistake. Was super rude on the phone and I tried to explain it’s against my religion and he said I could buy a new pizza but he wasn’t going to fix his mistake I either had to buy a new one or deal with it and talk to Uber eats.

The pizza is great and the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Pizza is fresh and made to order. Their bites and papadias are highly recommended. They also have bowls where it’s basically the toppings and different sauces in it which don’t sound like much but don’t knock it till you try it cause you gonna be definitely going back for more! Oh and just a heads up – their double chocolate chip brownie is addictive to put it in simplest terms.

Very hard almost impossible to find parking in that parking lot…….Food was not bad by any means however it is just “fast food pizza” nothing crazy. Service could also be better but I understand they just opened recently. Took my friend and I 20 minutes circling to find parking In that lot, don’t think I’ll do it again personally. Good luck, I wish them the best in business I too am also new in the area

It was about 12 am and we wanted to grab a quick bite because they are open late. It took longer than we anticipated and it didn’t taste anything like the first time we went. Parking wasn’t an issue this late at night as you’d assume however two different individuals came to our car window asking for money and one even waited for us to return to our car, very sketchy…..
Plenty of real pizzerias in the area I think I’ll stick to real local pizza from here on out….
