I hesitated to order pizza from here because of some reviews, and I’m usually not a fan of franchise pizza. However, I decided to give it a try and ordered through Uber Eats. The pizza tasted really great and fresh. I’m so glad I gave it a chance! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Papa John’s. I placed an order and only received half of what I paid for. Several items were completely missing from the bag, and no explanation was provided.
This is unacceptable, especially when customers are charged in full. I tried contacting the store, but the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like no one cared about fixing the mistake or taking responsibility.
When you order food, you expect accuracy and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and a waste of money. I will definitely think twice before ordering from here again.

I placed an order online. I got the deal of the large pizza for $9.99.
I forgot to order one of the sauces, so I called the store to ask for another one. The person that picked up the phone told me no problem, don’t worry about it, and right after I hung up the phone, I got a charge on PayPal for $.55 cents… The pizza came overcooked without the extra sauce. When I called back, the guy told me that he’s going to send it again with the delivery guy, but he didn’t come back. Even if you live near the place, try to pick a different place to get your pizza.

Worst place to order UberEats or Delivery during SuperBowl. Ordered since 7:15 and they just found the order at 10 p.m. They don’t answer phones and make the delivery drivers wait outside in the cold. Poorly organized and dysfunctional at best. Hard to trust them with your food.

So, this Papa Johns location fulfilled my order pretty much how I asked. I wanted my pizza and my wings well done, and I got them as such. I ordered the NY XL Pizza well done for 10.99 and honestly it was a good deal. The slices were pretty big, and the cheese was very crispy, but I would say the taste was nothing like an nyc slice. I was satisfied with the purchase due to the deal. The wings were cooked ok, but I would say you have to eat them hot otherwise they get a “plastic” like texture very quickly. The price for the wings felt unjustified they were 20.99 for 16 piece. Overall, for this location, I would say take a look at the promotions Papa John’s is running and try to order a deal. If I just got only the pizza I would give this place 5 stars, but the wings were so expensive and tasteless so I have to go 4 stars.

Be careful when you order your food from online here, the delivery drivers don’t have no integrity and they would eat your food and they would act like they don’t speak English. I had to report them to uber to get half refund for my order. Be careful when you order pizza or any meals from here. They can be awful.
