I ordered two medium pizzas and was told the delivery would take about one hour. Instead, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the driver showed up with only one pizza.
The driver argued with me and insisted that I ordered “one pizza cut into two parts,” which is absolutely not true — my order clearly shows two pizzas. His behavior was unprofessional and very strange.
When I contacted customer support, the manager said the second pizza would be delivered in 25 minutes, without any apology for the mistake or the long wait.
Overall, extremely poor service. Unprofessional driver, no apologies, incorrect order and extra waiting time. I do not recommend this location.

I waited 30 min patiently, thinking my order was put in. Because I didn’t want to cause any confusion, I just waited and waited, only to find that the staff member taking the orders, maybe so take aback from the women walking in, hadn’t actually even put my order in. Not only did I waste 30 something limited, if I hadn’t intervened, I would still be standing waiting for an order that hadn’t been recorded yet my money was taken and it was paid for.
Flunk on the service.

I always order from them and Everytime I’m either missing my ranch or my toppings. That’s how i got the pizza delivered. It’s not the delivery man. Its the workers that work inside. This pizza was all raw and tasted like raw dough. Very disappointed about this. Wouldn’t prefer it from them anymore.

I got food poisoning from here when I was pregnant a couple months ago I forgot to write the review but the guy that night I went in for brownies and I should of known better when I saw him handling money with the same gloves he was making food with !
I felt like I was dying that night I had food poisoning from this place and it was terrible because I was pregnant and my poor baby inside of me was distressed. I pooped myself 3x and I was throwing up and pooping at the same time it was crazy never experienced that before

Ordered online from Papa John’s and had one of the worst delivery experiences. It took over 2 hours to get my food, and to make things worse, the order was marked as “completed” about 20 minutes before it even arrived. When it finally showed up, the pizza was cold and barely edible. No update, no apology — just poor service all around. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be ordering from here again.

If i could give this Pap John’s a zero i would. I choose this papa John’s because it is black owned, however the worst thing i could have done was to purchase from here. It’s Friday and wanted to treat my kids to pizza, since it’s wasn’t a meal to eat. My kids slept out waiting on that pizza 4 hours and i am not exaggerating. The staff was super unprofessional, I called and someone answered the phone i express concerns about my order and the time period of waiting; the person on the phone told me ” please hold on i am going to call the driver” he had me on hold for 20 mins and never came back. i hang up and called them back and no one answered. I send my partner to the store and watch as i called them. the phone rang while he stand there watching the employer screen calls. I would never ever eat or order from there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THERE. THIS BUSINESS NEED TO DO BETTER.
