Food had always been good. But the service of this Local in particular is TERRIBLE. I always order online, but for some reason the order that should be un 10-15 mins is “on it’s way” after a moment, I get that orders don’t get ready in that short time. But if im calling because it’s been AN HOURR, and I just wanna call the place for details it is INSUFFERABLE that they don’t even pick up the phone. More than 10 mins over the phone waiting with the automatic message playing over an over again, but nobody answer. Decent food, TERRIBLE service.

terrible. pizza was cold, their delivery person (NOT uber or grubhub) somehow popped the garlic and it exploded all over one of the pies, gave us the wrong order and was disrespectful when i called about it. DO NOT ORDER

Location says open, but staff says “no, you’re too late, and we’re closed.” Will Lee be order from this place again. Also, they tried to charge even though they said they are closed.

Went in here around noon. The place was empty and not busy. I place an order and they hand me my receipt. They tell me my food will be ready in 10-15 mins. I come back in 9 mins and when my food is ready the same person who took my order is demanding my receipt as if he didn’t see and take my order less than 10 mins ago. I was actually baffled. He didn’t even look at the receipt, that’s the interesting part. And if I didn’t have my receipt, then what? Were they going to pretend like I just wasn’t in this non-busy store?
It just seems like one of those “policies” businesses implement in lower income (black) neighborhoods. I’m doubtful other locations in non-black areas would treat their patrons this way. So unfortunately I will never return.

This location is committed to providing the worst possible customer service experience. Since I live 2 blocks away, I have done pickup on at least 3 occasions, today being my last. The first time I went there part of my order was done while they “forgot” the other part so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Needless to say I had to reheat everything when I got back home. The second time the young lady was in the back if the restaurant buying cds and was too busy even get my order. This last time I paid for more order and was informed by the guy behind the counter that he “owed” me 78 cents because they had no change. Then gave me an attitude when I asked how can you take my money and not have any change.

This is the worst papa johns I’ve ever experienced. They will burn your pizza and tell you that’s how it’s made the when they finally replace it they double down and burn it again to convince you that’s how it comes. The delivery drivers are so rude. They will call you to come downstairs and demand a tip. If you tell them you will tip on the app they will try to tell you that it doesn’t work that way. I love papa John’s so I know what good quality taste like and they do not meet that standard. This place should be shut down solely because someone’s first time could be ruined by the worst papa johns in the whole country.
