I order online, and they give me a 15-minute waiting time. But when I go to the store after 15 minutes, they only start making my pizza then. This has happened many times, and I end up spending my entire lunch break just waiting for one pizza to be prepared. You should really respect people’s time.

We needed a late night eatery and this was the closest thing. It’s Papa Johns, so it’s not unknown to us.
My husband isn’t a New Yorker, so it was unknown to him that the promoted deal for a slice and a soda was just for the cheese pizza. It was clear the guy taking my order and my husband were not on the same page, so I jumped in.
The pizza we ordered was fine. The service was meh.

Definitely got the BG’S but the pizza was on point Its a pizza spot. Chicken is available so are desserts don’t forget the pasta.They have a drive through. this looks like a grab and go location. But the food was valid.

Manager at this location is beyond unprofessional. The app makes mistakes understandably and clicked the No Base Sauce option for a pie. We did not know until after receiving the pie that there was no sauce on it. After calling the store multiple times and being hung up on and told repeatedly that we had to give the pie with no sauce back in order to receive a new one. The manger then acted like he didn’t remember what he just had said on the phone and did not send a pie of our satisfaction. He did not follow Papa John’s official policy and was extremely unprofessional and rude and arrogant.. No more than two slices was taken as well and he refused to give him his name after asking multiple times.

Placed a few carry out orders in the last few months…very slow. Website says that it should take 15-20 minutes…usually takes closer to 30-40 minutes.
Last time I went, I waited 10 minutes in-store for them to tell me that they had accidentally sent out my order with a delivery guy. They remade it for me in 15 minutes.

This place is totally disgusting. The people there are very unsanitary and they have very poor customer service. They have no respect for their customers. They need to be shut down. I will be calling 311 to complain against them. After ordering my food I noticed the floor has fesces smeird in the center. I was like oh no. Also it sounded as if one of the cokks had covid. I promptly asked for my money back. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost!! Please if you want good service clean food and nice atmosphere DO NOT COME HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS TOXIC ON ALL LEVELS….

Twenty minutes after placing the order, I went to pick up and they said they didn’t start making my order. They were rude and unprofessional. Their excuse was there’s nothing they can do. We just have to wait for our turn. Not even an apology was issued. I’m not paying for bad customer service and late service. Next time, I’ll order from a local pizzeria and I’ll make sure not to give any future business to Papa John’s. Shame!! Everyone else, go elsewhere!!!

First time there, also last time. When in to get my order, no one in the front and the ones preparing the food didn’t even ask if I needed help. They are working there because of customers like us that buy the food and then again no one asked, it took about 5 minutes for someone to come and ask if I ordered already.
