Placed my order at 1:53pm on 1/26. I check the Papa Tracker at about 2:39pm, it shows my order was delivered. I call, after about 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, the person on the line stated it was out for delivery, give it about 15 minutes.
I call them at 3:15pm, no one picks up for 41 minutes. At that point, 3:56 pm, I was dressed and approaching the store so I hung up. I spoke with an employee and told him about my order. He calls the driver. After about 2 minutes on the call, he tells me the driver had an issue with his car so he went to go get it fixed. With my order still in his car!!!!! I told the employee I do not want that food. He promised to make it fresh and will deliver it in about 20 minutes.
It is now 4:38pm. No delivery. I am on hold for someone to pick up as I get dressed again, for almost 11 minutes now. I will be going to store to get a refund. I will NEVER order Papa Johns again. DOMINOS WOULD NEVER!!!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. We waited 1.5hrs and still have not received our food. We called multiple times along with walking over to the shop ourselves. They sent us away and said delivery is almost there. The food is tasty but the service is horrible. Do not order take out if you are hungry. I was able to come home make food for my kids and get them ready for bed, still never received our food. Management isn’t doing anything about this. So trying to save the readers the headache of spending money on food that won’t arrive.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas, 1 topping each on the app with my friends and waited for an hour just for 2 pizzas. Never ordering there again. We were told our order would be ready in 5 minutes multiple times and it just kept stacking until we were waiting for an hour and were late coming back from our lunch break.

I’ve never had an issue with papa John’s until today. I placed an online order like normal, when my food arrived I was presented with incorrect sauce that I purchased, followed up by my pizza being incorrect and disheveled. After contacting the store I was hung up on twice, told the sauce was replaced with another due to an outage, and that my pizza would arrive within 30 mins. Fine I can understand, things happen.
Pizza never arrived, and my child ate the replacement sauce and began to violently throw up. Upon inspection of the sauce, it was expired cheese sauce.
I had to head to the store personally to bring this situation up and get a refund, the manager attempted to argue that he received the expired sauce just last week and that it wasn’t expired. Absolutely disgusting business practice. Will never order from here again.

First of all when you go inside on your left big garbage can welcoming you with flies it was discussing and who is making pizza inside kitchen 1 guy and 1 women they always chatting each other never stop for talking and pausing make pizza whatever those it’s not my problem but thing is guy always touching he s phone and then he was touching.
