My visit was for nostalgic reasons and therefore a grand slam. My thin crust meat lovers pizza had sufficient meat, sauce, and cheese. It was warm and exactly what I was craving. My only complaint is the slicing of the pizza pie into so many small pieces but a wonderful job otherwise. The price was unbeatable.

I just had a disappointing experience with a delivery from Papa John’s, specifically with the delivery person named Chacon. Despite my apartment being on the third floor and having an elevator available, Chacon refused to come up. It was around 2 PM, today and when I explained that I couldn’t come down due to recent surgery, he became rude and yelled at me to come down instead. To make matters worse, he hung up the phone on me. My 11-year-old had to go down alone to get The Close to $70 order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a customer service representative. I hope Papa John’s addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.

first of all when I first walked in the atmosphere was HORRIBLE it was dirty and smelly up in there , second of all I found LIVE ANTS UNDER MY PIZZA! mind you my kids and I already ate several slices and when I called there was a man that I fear slightly had an attitude but eventually he adjusted but then when I got admitted to the manger and complained all he did was HANG UP IN MY FACE horrible service and I will be contacting the health department

I walked into that store and it was dirty and there was wrappers all over the ground , the workers were very disrespectful towards me. That’s not all , after i got home from picking up a large cheese pizza , i lifted up a slice and there was ants under it. One of my kids ate it and he has autism and has panic attacks when he sees insects , he started crying and gagging from it. When i confronted the manager about this , he hung up in my face. This is the worst Papa John’s on the planet!! And i will be calling the health department tomorrow to complain about this.

I ordered pizza from here on Uber Eats and when the delivery man came I saw the food and it wasn’t even my order and I called Papas John’s about it and they were no help and they claimed it was my order when it wasn’t
