Please do yourselves a favor and NEVER order from here unless you’re andesperate and starving and would like to eat whatever they decide to throw together and give you. Literally didn’t even have the decency to add the cool ranch seasoning to my new papadia smh had the nerve to ask me for a tip. Also the menu has no prices. When I inquired about menu items listed online the women looked at me like I had 10 heads. Food was rushed and it shows!

Very poor customer service. I placed an order at 8:07pm and the delivery time was estimated to be 35mins. It is now 9:45 and my order is still not here. It should not take nearly 2 hours when the restaurant is less than 10 mins away. My kids are hungry and keep asking where is the food. I usually don’t write reviews “unless” customer service is completely poor. I would like a refund. There’s no point of eating cold food.

On 4/6/22 at 6:34 pm, I called the store and requested curbside delivery as advertised. I infomed a lady who picked up the phone that I injured my leg so I requested curbside pick up. The lady told me that nobody was available to help me and hung up. Is this how they would treat a disabled person? I am glad that I am not disabled because this store would not have accommodated my request. Corporate Office will hear about this.

I rarely write reviews but this had to be said. I order once in a while from here and they have always been good. Today my order was messed up with wrong Ingredients. (I understand dinner time and they are busy). The lady took no time and said it was an honest mistake and she will send the correct one right away. Its because of such customer service that makes me always want to choose this place. The lady taking the orders on the phone is always sweet and honest. Today the weather was bad and they had only 1 delivery guy. She told me before hand it might take a bit longer but as usual they were ahead of time! Its service like this that makes me order from here again and again!
